There is an older lady running the show for breakfast and she is always so chipper, and I always had a decent meal. so I’d find myself coming back when I needed a quick bite.Today however I went through the drive through and some other grumpy lady operating the counter had so much pet-fur on her that her entire body could should have been in a hair net.There was pet hair in my drink, pet hair on my fries.I will never go here again, not for breakfast, not for lunch, not for anything.Bigfoot could have served me lunch and gotten less hair in my meal ?????

Slowest fast food in the area. They have terrible service. The only guarantee they have is that they will not get your order correct.Update... Decided to give them another go because I was short on time and needed something quick. I parked walked into the restaurant and got kicked out by what appeared to me to be a homeless man. No teeth, no uniform, no name tag. Wearing a winter hat over his unkempt hair. He "closed" the dining room at 6:30pm

Absolutely the worst run BK I have ever experienced. The employees are awful....they work for week or two and quit. The food is horribly made ....( Don't expect to see any gloves !!)... The lobby is shut down half the time . Of course you only know this after you park and get out and try and enter !! There's never a sign ! Awful leadership leads to awful location.

Watched an manager get into an altercation with an customer over them trying to get an ice cream cone added to their order. Needless to say after coming in the customer said they felt wronged by the lack of service they felt they're receiving from the staff at this establishment. This lead into the outcome of the manager refusing to get the ice cream cones for the customer even after the customer stated the ice cream cones was for his children, just felt after the customer came in and said how they felt wronged for the manager to further escalate the situation by accepting the money then all of a sudden decided to refuse to serve a paying customer...sounds personal to me & poor management skills. "Have it your way"-B.K.
You should expect much… it’s Burger King. Their staff is always irritated to do their job. I don’t know how this specific one is still in business.

I ordered the mushroom and Swiss melt. They made a melt with stacker sauce and mushrooms and bacon and American cheese. I went back to request the correct sandwich and they tried saying they made it that way because they were out of Swiss. So I’m like “okay and you couldn’t let the customer know?” And their response was that they didn’t know: then they argued that the mushroom and Swiss came with bacon. It does not. So they said they would make the sandwich correctly but with American cheese because they didn’t have Swiss. I received a melt with cheddar cheese stacker sauce and mushrooms. This was the worst food experience and yall need to get it together for real.

I ordered on doordash and food was fast. I was missing a havsies that I ordered in my Bacon Melt Meal. I also ordered the Family Bundle the fries and onion rings were cold and not really cooked.Tried calling multiple times and no answer every time.

The WORST BK I've ever visited in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating there. My girl has gone twice within the week and her breakfast is under cooked. Lori the manager is a horrible person and extremely disrespectful was of no help.
The morning manager is very rude, did not resolve the issue. Unprofessional and very ghetto, can't even speak properly on the phone.

I used to enjoy coming here and really want to support businesses in downtown Oshkosh. Today was the last time. We all have walked up to doors at fast food restaurants and pulled only to find them locked since the whole COVID thing. Here we are in 2023 and they’re never going to stop with this. Today I walked in with my son and the BK was well-staffed. There were customers in the library and one of the employees was grumbling about how they shouldn’t have opened the doors. The lady working the grill hollered at everyone “THE LOBBY’S CLOSED! You can use the drive through!” This place is going to close soon anyway like Hardee’s and Wendy’s recently did.

I ordered an impossible whopper through eatstreet and my patty was completely BURNT. I thought it tasted weird but kind of shrugged it off until I noticed that the bottom of my patty was literally charcoal black. I scratched at it and what do you know, it smudged off and had that burnt after smell. My fries were cold and tasted weird like they’ve been sitting out for days.

I really don't understand why giving customers hot food is such a big deal or should I say issue so If you want cold salty fries, this is the place to be the customer service is definitely on point though just don't expect hot food
