My friends and I went today around 5pm for the first time without knowing what to expect. We understood we needed to grab the frozen food and place it in a bowl to have some chefs cook it. The cooking part was why I'm giving it a low review. When the chefs switched between people's meals that were being cooked, the chefs would just wipe the spatulas against the griddle and go to the next person's food to flip around. Which is odd, because what if I had been allergic to an ingredient from someone else's meal? I found mushrooms on my plate that I never qput on. My friend was missing a piece of seafood he put on his dish, and I saw that it fell from the grill because of the way the chefs quickly flip the food around. I didn't think it was crazy busy either. After discussing this with some people, I believe there is a cause for concern when it comes to cross contamination. And I'm sure there's better ways to divide food all getting cooked on one grill. But everything else was cool.

Wildy uncomfortable experience. The atmosphere was incredibly depressing. I never thought that 5 years after COVID started that I could feel like I was in lockdown, in a restaurant no less. You're required to prepay for your meal, which god forbid you be able to order tortillas after you've sat down already. And I wouldn't bother coming here if you're new to Mongolian grills. Go the extra couple miles to the one in Appleton where you aren't treated like an inmate on a special diet. There was a party of 8 standing behind us, waiting to get checked in and the server who rang us up wouldn't explain anything to us. The food is alright but that's the only good thing about this place in 2024. I won't be coming back here anytime soon. It radiates depression and social anxiety because everyone's afraid of talking a little too loudly so they don't upset the prisoner atmosphere hosted by the employees

Where can I start, the whole experience from start to finish was AWFUL at best. The place was dark and dismal when we walked in, and the 3 staff members on duty for a Friday night @6:30 was less than inviting! The bill for 4ppl to eat was $88.73 and That included to girls (age 12) that ate 1 half full plate each, we then proceeded to eat our meals with PLASTIC FORKS like you would get from take out restaurant because we were told from what looked like a meth addict waitstaff that they needed to run the dish washer 3 times and it would be AWHILE til I could have a metal fork to eat my HOT FOOD......I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy!!!! customer service is a (-6) and atmosphere is also a (-6)!!!! I recommend going to the appleton location as the Oshkosh location should be closed PERMANENTLY!!!!

We went for dinner on 2/24/24 at 5:30pm. It was busy and they were short staffed. Food was great. Lines were long and they struggled to keep up with filling items and clearing tables. The staff at this restaurant were amazing! They took the situation they had and did an amazing job. They were very kind and were all working so hard to keep up and make sure everyone had what they needed. I want the owners to know that they did an outstanding job and the teamwork they showed was great. The grille was constantly moving and they never stopped cooking. We will certainly come back. Thank you to those working that night! My family had a great time and my kids loved it.

I can't tell how impressed I've been at this location! Coming from working customer service for over 12 years you can tell great staff in minutes! Bambii and the rest of the staff tonight were amazing. We came in after a rush and they we all so polite and efficient. They handled the next rush and did it with a smile! AMAZING!
Went there for the first time for my son’s birthday today. I don’t know the trans dudes name, but he made my first experience pretty below sub par. He gave the one cook really bad attitude right in front of all of us. Didn’t seem like a team player. He made lots of disgusted looking faces while trying to be taught and just didn’t give a welcoming experience. The cook was trying to teach him but he wasn’t having it. The cook was amazing. He made a fire show for my son and was extremely friendly, fun and made us feel welcome. The food was pretty good. Thanks to the African American dude with the beard who was super cool!

Went there for the first time for my son’s birthday today. I don’t know the trans dudes name, but he made my first experience pretty below sub par.
