If you see any reviews that mention a bad online ordering experience, seriously pay heed to them. There have been a couple times when we only realized our pickup order was missing several items when we got home, which was especially a huge bummer since we still paid full price to only receive 2/3 of our meal. Maybe it's a better dine-in experience (wouldn't know since we haven't done that), but absolutely do not order online.

The food was amazing. Good job, cooks!!Wasn't busy at allWaitress wasn't that great. Didn't introduce herself. Walked up to us and just said, "What do you want to drink?" Wasn't a great vibe.

As soon as we entered you could smell the cleanliness of the place. We were seated right away and gave us time to look at the menu. The waitress was very nice. I had a "make your own omelette" I chose ham, cheese, mushrooms, and tomatoes. It costs extra for the add ons. It really looked wonderful but I felt the taste was off or weird. My husband tried my omelette and said it did taste a little off but it could be from one of the add ons. Everyone else's food was ? great. I was able to eat half of my food and my husband ate the rest. All the others really enjoyed their food immensely. The bathrooms were clean, which to me, is a must.

Placed a order online through pardon my cheesteak and was missing items. After getting the run around. Finally spoke to someone, and explained the situation. And after asking for a manager. I was hung up on. I called twice after that no response. I went to I hop to find out why I was hung up on, and asked for a manager was told there is no manager here. And when i asked for a refund or a sandwich I was met with a attitude. And when I stated either a sandwich or a refund. She proceeded to tell me she was going to call the police. I wouldn't even give the customer service here a -5 star

My last day was feb 25 this year. I was a server and the restaurant owed me $7 because some of my tips were given on credit card.l it slipped my mind I was owed this after cleaning out my wallet I came across my server check out it was 2 weeks ago. I have the documentation that I’m owed it. Normally I would not bother but I worked hard most of the evening shift the only server there until the last hour or two another server came to help me. I was not given the $7 because there was no manager to unlock safe.

Went there to try and eat breakfast a lady seated us we sat there for a good 15 minutes and still no waitress came to take our order even get us anything to drink and they kept walking pass us people that got seated after we did got drinks and everything so we walked

Very slow service, sat down to a very empty dinning area and took over 10 minutes to get a waiter to take our order and waited even longer for food approx 20+ min . Many customers left due to slow and poor service. I would not recommend this particular ihop restaurant and will probably not come back here again.

Spent $44 for 3 of us. I had chicken tenders and pancakes,my son got a burger and fries. My mom 2×2×2 off the senior menu. Our waitress was not very great. Took forever for our food. The other server whom had some sort of disability. but her was doing a perfect job. I would give him 5 stars but he wasn't out waiter.oh and 2 sodas. Waitress never brought out our condiments. Food wasn't very good for how much it costed. We asked for our bill she never brought it. So we got up to go pay and was told have a good night. We replied we didn't get the bill. Wasn't very impressed. Perkins is way better.

Please do the kind thing and let this place die. Don't get me wrong, I like IHOP, but this location has been slowly dying for the last several years and tonight will be my last visit. I placed an order online, showed up 20 minutes later as scheduled and not only was it not ready, they said they had just received the order. I patiently waited another 20 minutes for someone else to ask me about my order. When they started entering it into the computer I asked if they were seriously just going to start over and they said they never had the order at all. I told them to cancel it and waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't confirm the cancelation. All told 50 minutes of my life wasted and nothing to show for it. If you were like me and were keeping this place on life support, do it a favor and pull the plug.

Booths aren't ment for big fellas. No fault of theirs. The chicken fried steak was superb with 2 over medium eggs. Also hashbrowns and pancakes. The steak and eggs were also delicious. It was a sweet steak marinated in Pepsi brown sugar and spices. Neither my girlfriend or I was able to finish our meals. There was a great amount given and enough leftover for a 3rd meal.Our server was polite friendly and helpful.Definitely will return.

On my visit, there were very few people which was very nice. Our waitress Tamie was excellent! Food was good as always. Didn’t have my Swedish crepes any longer but that’s no reflection on the service or food quality.Parking: This location does not have a huge lot for parking, but it is sufficient for the capacity. They are also near some large retailers with a connected parking lot, so there is ample room nearby.Kid-friendliness: They definitely have fun choices on their children’s menu
