I ordered 2 sandwiches at 8:47pm after calling the store they finally got delivered by 10:03pm. An hour and fifteen minutes for two sandwiches?! I would just write it off if this was the first time but it has been on several occasions. It's upsetting that I can order from a pizza company and get it delivered faster than your "freaky fast" subs.

This order was for delivery which arrived in a short time. The order was for 2 combos & it came in a box to avoid spilling of sodas. The sandwiches were made as ordered & were delicious. Driver was friendly. All in all a good experience.

I don’t know what it is with this location, but every time I order it takes at LEAST an hour to show up. It almost makes me want to go back to subway because they’re significantly faster.

Gotta try the Kickin Cajun Chicken Wrap or Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap... SO good!!! JJ's is always a great place to stop when ur in a hurry n just need lunch!

Every time I go to THIS Jimmy John's, the workers are very slow. The last time I was here, I had 3 people in front of me, and all of us got one sandwich each. I waited 35 minutes for my sandwich. These workers have got to learn now to make a sandwich at a fast pace. This isn't the first time it's happened either. Kind of ridiculous when their slogan is literally "Freaky Fresh, Freaky Fast!"

Stopped in after a long day on Lake Michigan. Got a #12 - Turkey with Avocado spread. I swapped out cheese and got bacon instead.It's Jimmy John's, if you've been in one you know what to expect. It's a little pricey but what sub shop isn't? It's fresh and the staff at this one is very helpful and personable.I like the bread at Jimmy John's and all the different options. I'll for sure go back when I need a good sub.

Third time coming in and ordering here, every time it's messed up. I order a #12 with bacon, no tomatoes. I got a #12, no tomatoes, no cucumber, no bacon, and half the bread wasn't mayo-ed. JJ's has fallen a long ways since I worked there 10 years ago.

This place is absolutely disgraceful and inconsiderate of patrons to their building. The staff delivery drivers insist on parking in the fire lane in front of the store which makes it difficult for people backing out of a parking space. They block handicap access on a regular basis.
