Ordered the pretzel crust cheese pizza and pretzel crust pepperoni pizza..instead we received two regular crust pizzas with salt sprinkled on it. The pepperoni pizza did not have some of that pretzel cheese sauce that the cheese pizza came with..not to mention a large area on the pepperoni pizza had no cheese on it whatsoever. We definitely won't be returning during dinner hours on Tuesdays. I gave the Food an extra star because both pizzas were at least hot.

40yo local, been in Oshkosh most of my life. 30 years of eating Little Caesars in Oshkosh. Had what was HANDS DOWN the WORST experience I've ever had with this chain just last night. Called ahead to order 2 Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizzas and 2 Herb n Cheese Puff boxes. We go to the store and pick up. Drive home all the way across town, get home, shoes off, open pizzas.... 2 normal pepperoni pizzas (about 75-80 less pepperoni on regular vs Old World Fanceroni which is supposed to have 100 pepperoni per pizza). Gf and eye are now immediately irritated to be inconvenienced on our date night, grab the food, and head back. Gf tried calling store like 8 times on the way, no one answered the phone. Get there, the 4 high schoolers working had the music cranked and we're ignoring the phone altogether. My gf had to argue with the little Asian girl at the counter and show her what the pizza looks like, because the employees don't even know what their own pizzas are. We asked for the correct pizzas, and for them to remake the Herb n Cheese Puffs so they'd be fresh. We sat there for over 45 minutes waiting for them to make the correct order. They came *slightly* closer to getting it right. Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizzas are supposed to have 100 pepperoni slices. These had 85.... it was pulled from the oven like 3 minutes early, and when we got home and bit into the Puffs, they had made the pepperoni ones instead of the Herb n Garlic we ordered. During our 45+ minutes in their parking lot, some 6'4" druggie came into the lobby and started begging customers for help getting a pizza. He made my gf and the other female customers VERY uncomfortable. The really fat kid cooking in the back came up and said something to the 6'4" druggie then went back to what I can only assume was make food to give to the big guy. They appeared to be friends. I'm tempted to apply for manger just to try and fire all 4 of the terrible high schoolers that worked that shift and hire youth who want to earn their paycheck, not just collect it while hanging out screwing up everyone's food and letting junkies scare the guests. ABSOLUTELY UNREAL.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. This evening, we ordered pizzas for dinner and picked them up. Unfortunately, when we got home it was discovered that one of our pizzas was incorrect (They had made a duplicate of another pizza in our order instead of the correct pizza). While we may have been able to overlook this, both pizzas were terribly hard and unappetizing. My son’s pizza was made correctly, but also hard and rubbery. We tried to call the store in hopes they’d correct our order however we were met with first a busy signal (understandable - it’s dinner time and they’re busy), then multiple rings when we tried back, and lastly, someone picking up the phone and hanging up on us. I wish I could say this was an isolated or accidental incident, but it happened yet again when we called back….then again. And still another time after that. It was clearly intentional and obvious they were not planning to take calls. By that point, we gave up and discarded the inedible pizzas. We’ll be reaching out to customer service, but definitely won’t be returning. Do yourself a favor and order your pizzas elsewhere.

Do not eat at this location! Worst customer service I've had. They do not answer their phone. If you do get them to pick up some how they just hang up on you or tell you off. On top of that, the pizza is either under cooked and doughy or hard as concrete and inedible. Go to another location, this one should be shut down.

Hopefully they get your order right. If you call to correct it, they just let it ring then hang up on you multiple. A total of 6 times I believe. Hear someone pick up then immediately hangup. Last Friday I ordered 4 pizza online. Went in to pick it up and they said they cancelled all ONLINE order and they said they will refund back the money. 4 Days later and I never received my money. Also noticed that when you call them they never pick up the phone anymore.

Would love to order from them more but they literally never offer delivery when I've tried to order delivery even though their website says they offer delivery. They close at 9 pm most nights and never have delivery available hours before 9 pm. Good for pickup but F off you want

They charge $2 or $3 more per pizza because they're in a poor neighborhood.
