It was either the 10th or 11th my GF and I decided to get Little Caesars for dinner. She called ahead and ordered 2 Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizzas and 2 Herb and Cheese Puffs. When we got to the store, they only had 1 of each ready. The manager's daughter took the order by phone and screwed up. Instead of apologizing and offering to make the rest of the order for free, for wasting our time, the manager wanted us to sit and wait AND pay the difference. It was their mistake. The manager shouldn't be covering for her daughter at the customer's expense. I've lived in Oshkosh most of my life, and in 30 years of being a customer, the Oshkosh locations have never been so bad. Regional/District Manager needs to clean house on lower management in both locations in this town. We got our money back and went somewhere that wanted our money and treated us right.

I come here for a hot and ready pizza every now and again and I always tell myself never again. The pizza is never ready; if I wanted to wait 15 minutes I’d go anywhere else. I came in today and the woman wearing a bucket hat came to the counter and just awkwardly stared at me until I asked can I place an order please. Seriously go anywhere else this place legit sucks

I placed a mobile order here the other day and shortly after got an email confirmation that it was ready. When I got there, they claimed that they had “never got it” and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it.

You don't expect much from little Caesars... with that being said, lower your expectations even more when coming to this little Caesars. As a customer, the staff makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. The pizza was awful. The crust was extra crunchy. The pizza itself looked like it came right from a garbage truck. It was cold and gross. They don't even know how to cut pizza correctly. Poor environment, bad customer service, and even worse food. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

This was a delightful throwback, a reminder of when Little Ceasars was actually good. Living down in the Milwaukee area, our Little Ceasars have become messy, unreliable, and incredibly subpar. It was refreshing to come to Oshkosh and be able to get a little Caesars pizza that looked and tasted like they did 10 years ago. Thank you helpful teenage girl with blue hair who helped me figure out how to get the pizza out of the machine!

called to place a delivery order, was cut off a few times, was able to get my order in though after that, went to give my address and was cut off again, I was hung up on before I could even ask about it- never got the pizza we ordered, didn't want to bother calling to be treated rudely again either, so I just ordered through a different chain for more bang for my buck. Not worth it I guess unless you're going to go in and buy.
Employees were not dressed professionally no one had hair nets. Backwards hats and earbuds in while taking orders. Place has really gone down hill and doesn’t seem to care about the service.

The girl with the orange little Caesar’s bucket hat that works here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Any time I see her face I know my experience is going to be a nightmare. She won’t even say you’re welcome if you tell her thank you, can’t tell you how long your order will be just scoffs at you, and she ignores most customers at all costs… always a huge attitude! Other than that, the place is OK.

Told 15 minutes took 42 minutes. Pizza was supposed to be thin crust pepperoni onions. It was thin crust mushrooms and onions with no sauce. Called to talk to management but I would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes cause they were busy. Won't be eating there anytime soon.
