order was lost in translation the first time general manager, Jeremy, made it right. He made sure to remake the pizza and gave us an order of breadsticks to make up for the inconvenience. Always have enjoyed this store.

3 strikes and you're out. Don't bother ordering from here. You will only be disappointed. This used to be our go to place for delivery pizza. The last 2 orders we received were just wrong and overcooked. I asked to talk to the manager he said he didn't know how to help me. so I asked that the general manager call me. He never did... Tonight we waited over 2 hours. On the third call they said my order had been canceled along with a bunch of other orders. Clearly something has changed for the worse and they are not worth another try.The owner replied to this review asking that I contact them on Facebook. It is not possible to send them messages on Facebook. I'm guessing they need to change the setting. Is this just one more example of how they do business?

NEVER AGAIN. What is the point of supporting these POS Corporate Piazza Chains? You place an online order hours in advance with a time for pick-up and time does not matter anymore in this country. You walk in on time, cashier takes your money and does not have the balls or smarts to say that we have not even started your order yet. Waiting for 20 minutes, you notice things on why this place gets terrible reviews. Total clusterf*ck. A bunch of slow clueless Gen Z workers led by an ankle bracelet work release WT Manager, who after 20 minutes made an appearance from cutting lettuce in the back room.

The best thing I can say about Marco's Pizza is they are consistently inconsistent.I always recommend ordering well done, otherwise their pizza looks anemic. That said, have had some that are among the better pizzas I've had, other times they've been among the worst. This goes with sauce quality, amount of toppings, quality of bake, even if a hot pie is delivered (today I got emails that it was prepped, in the oven, baked, and after 90 minutes the store doesn't have record of receiving the order).Eat at Marcos there are good coupons I guess, other places are a better bet.Maybe my pizza will show up tomorrow? I'll keep waiting.

The food was amazing, but the team members didn't seem on point. Order was made incorrectly and added 13 to how long u had to wait in the parking lot for pick order. Not impressed with that.

My visit Marco visit and I was not disappointed. The customer service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. The facility was really nice, clean and organized. Lots of parking and easy to find.Nice job to Marco and the staff here.

Absolutely no excuse for this outrageous experience I had tonight. I ordered pizza and breadsticks for my family tonight for dinner at 4:30pm, get a confirmation email stating the order promise time is 5:07pm. Fast forward to 5:45pm, we call and ask where our order is and we are told there was no delivery driver earlier but they had one now and the food was on its way. Fast forward again to 6:20pm we call again to find out where our food is…this time we don’t get a straight answer but it sounds like they had forgotten to make the order and tried to cover it up by saying they didn’t know what happened but it just got finished and was leaving the store now. Fast forward once AGAIN. THREE TIMES NOW, three times we have called. It’s now 7pm and we are STILL waiting for our dinner that I ordered at 4:30pm remember…this time they say the delivery driver forgot to take the order. ARE U KIDDING ME? We received a refund, um duh that’s the least they could have and did do, and we told them to forget the food and we no longer wanted it. My young children are now still waiting on dinner, after. 7pm on a school night. This entire situation is unacceptable and I will not ever order Marcos pizza ever again.

Guy answers phone, WHAT! Ummm wanting to order food to go. He is super irritated, wouldn't except coupons that the company sent me, even after reading code to him. Clearly he was having a bad day cause when we picked up the food the coupons worked just fine. Lose the attitude please!!!!

Set on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to order no one came call from another phone that person said she couldn't help us but she'll find someone to help us sit on the phone for another 25 minutes decided to call Domino's
