We go to this McDonald’s very often, And I just want to give a huge compliment to one of the employees. We use the app and he always remembers our order, He always is super friendly and goes above and beyond to get our order correct and we are a little bit difficult honestly!I wish I knew his name but I can describe him, sometimes he has rainbow hair! Great guy who gives incredible service and makes sure our order is correct every time! (We order 2 Cheeseburgers plain with the meat on the side… Not the easiest order)

When we pulled in we ordered and the woman taking our order had wonderful service, the car in front of us pulled off so when we pulled up to the window to pay she read us the wrong order no worries ofc because we have EARS and can listen and make sure we’re paying for the correct order and informed her of the drive off. At the second window we were handed the drive off food, no worries I’m assuming the info wasn’t relayed quick enough. Instead of waiting in line I went into lobby to correct the mistake and the man running was very prompt on assessing the situation and trying to fix it. So quick our food hadn’t been handed out yet, on of our burgers was made wrong and he also had that fixed no questions asked and apologized profusely and presented no annoyance that I was in the lobby “complaining” . This is exactly how I would expect this type of mix up to be handled!2/16 about 8:30 pm

Absolutely disgusted by the service here. I had pulled up to get dinner and order simple food but to find out the ice cream machine was shut down early this evening to make closing up quicker. So I had them remove my coupon for the $1.29 fries. Went to the next location to find out my fries coupon was never credited back to me even though I never used it in the first place. Went without dinner as they didn’t want to honor me at the following location as well.
