I was in the area to do some fishing and decided to grab a quick bite with papa johns because that is usually my kids favorite pizza chain. After receiving my order, we were eating it on our way back home to Milwaukee and UT just didn't look the same. We ordered the original crust but what we got did not look like original crust. Whenever we ordered from the one back at home, the crust was always big and fluffly, but these looked more like pan crust. It was still flavored about the same, but the crust didnt turn out to what I was used to ordering.

A Little Slow along of times . Papadias are really Good !Parking: Parking in front of store but not a lot of Spots which No Worries cause most people R in & out so there is usually 1 Spot available

There is no reason we mark our order as contactless and our delivery driver doesn’t leave it for us. He mentioned to me, rudely, he was knocking “loud enough for the police to show up” and that my neighbors called the cops. That has never happened before and we never heard any knocking neither did my roommates which is weird to me! the fact he also marked delivered when he left was also disappointing. I’m sorry but that whole interaction was very rude and no delivery driver should act like that ever. He is a front for your business and papa johns should be very disappointed.

Overall, I think this is the best place to order a pizza, and their pizza is one of the best in town hands down. The whole place is clean and well maintained, everybody who works there is nice and kind except for two people, there is one guy who doesn't speak English that well and is always messing up our order, and there is this older lady, heavy set, blond with glasses who never smiles, always look bitter and upset, she is rude to customers, we try not to order there when she is on shift. The other workers are super nice.

Ordered via the app. Received the wrong pizza. Someone put the wrong pizza in the box based on the order tag. Called the store. Received a trite "Sorry" with no offer to make it right or a discount on a future order. Pizza was HORRIBLE! Will be a very long time before we order from this store again.

So I’ll start by saying I’ve worked at two papa johns in my time and this one’s a joke. I ate the food for a week or two when working there before being sick of it. I would also add that the manager allowed a customer to threaten me not once, not twice, but three times. Literally I didn’t deliver to the customer because he was threatening verbally and physically imposing removing his shirt as a form of intimidation. Rebecca claims to be a Christian women. She’s not. I would add that she brought my kids, my life, and other personal details up during our meeting in which I basically was told things would be worked out. She attempted to convince me to sign paper work that was opposite how the situation actually played out. She even told me the customer didn’t say what I claimed he said. Even though I have the texts to this day. In my opinion the foods not worth it, the managements a joke, and you should just order From another Pizza place like something local or even a different corporate chain. But avoid this one. I’d also add the kitchen area is filthy and that the sanitizer they use causes employees to break out in rashes and hives. Which they expect us to provide our own PPE. It’s wild. Also against health guidelines.

Pooor service family member was a Gm of this store n poorly run we will see how food is or management needs to check on or be fired delivery doesn’t come before walk in when told ten mins n waited 30 wife had to ask were pizza was when app said ready hope not cold think twice on ordering again
