Sturgeon Spirits Craft Distillery

Sturgeon Spirits is the type of local business that does credit to Oshkosh. The multitude of spirits they produce is incredible, from basic vodka to a delicious, if unusual, mushroom gin. All their products are created in house. Karl, the owner, distills the spirits. Todd, the bar manager, infuses then with a huge variety of flavors, while he, Tanya, and Seth create delicious cocktails, mostly from their own recipes. I highly recommend Sturgeon Spirits!

Seldom have I encountered such an engaged business owner. We walked in, found a table, checked out the menu and decided what we wanted. Went up to the bar, and from the production facility, Karl saw a new face. He immediately came out to welcome us, introduce himself and the business, and get our order. This is a must stop on your list of distilleries...
