I’ve gotten their salads at other locations and they were chopped up and delicious. I ordered a salad here and they told me they don’t when the tools to chop it up. So I couldn’t eat it as a salad or mix it without it spilling out of the bowl.Beyond that, the customer service was poor. The girl behind the counter barely spoke and never smiled.

Just Makes no sense. Hours don't match with what the building says. You never know if it will actually be open. Just wanted a sub after working 11 hrs. Drove out of my way to go to this location only to find it closed ??

These people are SLOW. If you are the store owner, send your crew to Jimmy Johns for training. It should not take 20 minutes to make a f$&@ing sandwich! Ot should take 2 minutes tops! Screw this place!

My partner and I went this location on July 6th. We went through Drive-Thru. Our sandwich’s were POORLY made, badly wrapped, and my BMT didn’t even have any ham. I got Herb & Cheese bread. It had no herb and merely two pieces of cheese. Whoever is training these employees or manages this store is honestly needing to do better. It’s sad.

25 minute wait in drive through then a guy comes to the window wearing pink lipstick with long hair and a beard. That is just weird ill take my money else where. Maybe look into the people hiring these weirdos

I came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and when I came home to open my sub it was squished, missing cheese and avocado and had maybe like four individual pieces of veggies were on it and even though I asked for extra sauce it looked like someone whispered the word “Mayo” next to it and called it good. I’ve worked at a subway for five years and have trained dozens of employees and I have yet to see a sandwich made as poorly as that one. Called and lady said it could be remade, was super nice over the phone. Got to the store to have it remade to hear another customer complaining to a boy at the registers (the only employee out of four to be polite and have great customer service)at and a line of irritated people. An older lady (assuming management) yanked the sub from my husband without saying anything to us. I taped my receipt (which had my order on it) to the sub so they knew what it was and still had to yell what I wanted on my sub over a line of people who already looked frustrated. Got attitude and glares the entire time from employee dealing with my remake. The Second Lady she handed my sub to didn’t ask if it was good or if I wanted anything else and started to cut it and wrap it, but forgot my sauces and avocado a second time and got more attitude for asking for it to be added. . It is not hard to put things on a sandwich and it’s not hard to give good customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. Go to literally any other location in town and I can guarantee a better sub and actual customer service.

When I entered the establishment I was planning on dining in. However the negativity and rudeness of the sandwich artist led me to leave the building and eat in my parking lot in my car. The poor attitude of the clerk needs to be addressed.
