Training please!!! Ordered a peanut butter cup concrete mixer with chocolate custard. The cashier entered chocolate syrup. I question the cashier and said I want chocolate custard not chocolate syrup. He told me that's how it has to be entered into their system. I got it with chocolate syrup NOT chocolate custard like I asked for. Completely different flavor profile. Please train your staff correctly. So irritating.
The food and atmosphere are good. The staff is meh. It would be beneficial to have a road that leads from the Walgreens into Culver's. Both businesses would likely get more business that way. Just saying.
