We tried the special of chicken tenders. They weren't bad but wished I ordered with the sauce on the side. Garlic parmesan was loaded with butter and became too much after a few tenders. I think they gave us the wrong Buffalo sauce(got hot not regular). My margarita was not very good it had a strange taste. Our waitress was excellent and we enjoyed talking to her.

So family dinner was cut in half. Received the order, the dish that was in stock didn't even include everything ordered. The side was completely missing. Double checked receipt, side is still there.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it seems to be getting worse. Tonight, we waited 45 minutes after being seated to have appetizers brought out only to find they were incorrect and a beer served barely half full.The waiter never asked us how we were doing or updated us on our meals late arrival. Entrees we’re served over an hour after ordering and two of three were obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a long time.This will be our last visit to Applebees.

We put a to go order onlineThe order was late and we were disregarded. We did get a $30 gift.card for next time snd as well as a free desert. However when we got it home all the sides thatwe requested ere miseing. Half the sides were completly missing.We only got two sides we didn't order. When i called I was very rudely hung up on three times and told I'd have to call back later to talk to a manager. I'm missing food WTH? This is not how you run a restaurabt.i am very upset and complety disappointed! They couldn't even get dipping sauce correct!

We have been going to this applebees for 13 years and ever since covid, this location has been getting worse and worse. Today I had to call from the parking lot to get an employee to unlock the doors. It took almost 30 minutes to place a drink order. I have ordered bloody marys here with a small chaser for years. Today I was told i couldn't have a chaser but would have to order either a pint or a bottle of beer if I wanted a chaser. No olives provided with bloody even though they were always provided previously. I will never eat here again since what used to be a great experience is now very unpleasant.

I set up an online order to be picked up at 5:20 pm. I arrived at 5:17. Waited until 5:25 and called the number on the Carside to go sign. They say that someone will bring my order right out. 5:30 passes. I go inside. My order is still not ready. I am told that I am third in line. I sit and wait. And wait. And wait. Other people are getting their orders. Where is mine? Eventually, the manager brings out my order. He explains that there was an order for food without a name on it and my credit card receipt with no order on it. You would think that they would put two and two together, but no. Finally, the manager brings me a bag with food, takes my name and number, and throws in a free dessert and a $30 gift card. Cool. I get back in my car and finally leave the parking lot at 6:15, a FUCKING HOUR AFTER I ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT!!!! It gets worse. When I get home, when I look in the bag, half of our sides are missing, and the other half are wrong. My fiancée calls the restaurant and asks to talk to the manager. The restaurant hangs up on her. This only proceeds to piss her off even more. She's a quarter Sicilian, so you can probably imagine what a bad idea that is. She calls back and asks for the manager again, explaining that we were missing food and that this is something that needs to be rectified. They tell her that they are too busy to talk to us and that she needs to call back later. No interest in making it right. No what can I do to fix this. Nothing. Stay far away from this abortion of a restaurant. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.
We where very disappointed in our service . Never got asked how we wanted our steaks done and needless to say they where very over cooked . The host who seated us gave us very nasty looks because we asked for a corner table due to one of our guest is disabled . We ordered appetizers and asked for plates and some sauce never got them . We never got checked on and asked if we needed anything. And at the time we came in there was only 5 tables of customers so it wasn't busy at all . As we ate I looked around and no one was on the floor for a long time checking things out. I had to get up and stand by the bar to get our bill after waiting 20 mins .

Ordered the all you can eat wings for appetizer first order that came out was good the next 2 that came out we’re over cooked and gross … my food order was wrong, took 15 minutes to get each re order of wings (not busy at all) took 15 minutes to get refill on soda and water… witness 2 groups of 6+ people walk out because no one helped them. Applebees has gone down hill. Not worth the money. And the bartender/manager was creeping on 3 underage girls (gross) DO BETTER!!!

The food tasted real good but my half rack of baby back ribs was could have been more tender. Ribs were served upside-down with the BBQ sauce layered on the back of the bones. That's a first!!Wheelchair accessibility: There were parking blocks that made it difficult to get to the sidewalk with a walker.

Food-trash, spinach dip was damn near frozen, chips were stale af!!! I ordered the 4cheese Mac with chipotle honey tenders. Salt and pepper couldn’t even save it. It was whiter than the plate and atmosphere. It was so quiet and awkward. Wasn’t anything sweet or savory about the plate. It was as bland as the culture out here. It was dead so no excuses. I would not recommend if you enjoy flavor with your food. 0/10
