The little walk up window is where you order some of the most delicious food! The owner is so nice-suggested the sandwich. Delicious! It was the softest pretzel bun I've ever eaten!! It was my 1st time there and I will definitely be going back!!

This Hamburger Jung loves having German Imbiss food in Wiscosin. Currywurst and Pommes remind me of home. The Schnitzl Sandwich is also very good. Something new for me on a bun with Curry Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard and Lettuce. The Hangkaese Sauce is also a hit. Danke schoen!
My absolute favorite was the pretzel!!! I loved the schnitzel as well but the seasoning on the pretzel was amazing. I didn’t have anything that tasted bad. I’m a HUGE fan of the ketchup as well! I’m so Proud of Mat, I remember when this place was something he spoke about.If I’m being honest, I’ve lived in Germany for a little while and I’ve tried schnitzel there a few times, a few different places and was not a huge fan of it. Not being biased but here at Bo’s the food is very impeccable! Even the potato salad was amazing! I currently reside in Texas and I hear I was the first customer out here in the South and would love to see it Bo’s expand out this way!!!If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting on?!!!!!!?!

We love this place. The food keeps getting better every time we come here. The waffle fries are perfectly seasoned and perfect texture. The chicken schnitzel sandwich is so good. Great portions and options (pretzel buns are so good). Service is quick, super friendly and they bring it all to your car! Like I said, this place keeps getting better and better every time we come.

One of the kindest souls ever. His food was out of this world. I took myself and my coworkers to this small location and was totally blown out of the water. The food was magnificent. He also took the food out to our vehicle what great customer service and amazing food! I will be catering for my company.
Got the pork schnitzel sandwich on the pretzel bun. It was a fantastic size and full of flavor. Their homemade ketchup is great and this time I added mayo. I got a side of homemade kraut, but after putting it on the sandwich, I'll only be ordering my sandwiches with kraut from now on. And I'm not even a big fan of kraut.Love having this lil walk-up window food option

Stopped at Bo's because I was craving a brat and it did not disappoint. I had the brat on a pretzel bun which was great. I also got the potato salad which was very good. Great service and would recommend if you are in the area.

Nice guy in a small window shop. Schnitzel was good but the curried ketchup was a bit heavy handed and dominated the flavor a bit. I'd suggest getting it on the side so you can add it to your liking. He offered my kids gummies from Germany and delivered our food to the back patio.Fries were a bit over seasoned for our taste, especially when curried ketchup was the only dipping sauce option.

What an awesome and delicious addition to the downtown Pewaukee area. I had the pork schnitzel sandwich with the homemade ketchup right on top and it was excellent. The waffle fries were also very good. Hopefully Bo's will continue to grow and move into a more visible location so more people will be aware of this unique little gem. Highly recommend!
