We often eat at this restaurant when we visit Pewaukee. This local small business is known for its delicious frozen custard and large flame-broiled burgers, but it also has a variety of sandwiches, sundaes, and malts. Our favorites are the Cheese Dog and the Cheeseburger (which pleasantly surprised me the first time I ordered because of its huge size--1/3 lb). Each day they have a custard flavor of the day and chocolate and vanilla custard. They even give you a calendar with the flavors so you can plan to visit when your favorite flavor is offered. The staff was friendly too, and we will continue to eat there when we're in the area!

Bubba has Chicago hot.dogs. mmm love these. This is the only place I can find them other 1 place on the south side of Milwaukee. They have hamburgers curly fries cheese curds and of course loveeee their ice cream ?
Tonight was my first night eating here and had heard great things but unfortunately in my case I was not satisfied. Orderd a single hamburger with only bacon (extra crispy) and large fries. The bacon was most definitely not crispy...so I asked if they could fix that. The cashier seemed puzzled about my request and just brought back more bacon that looked exactly the same. So I reiterated that I was only requesting it be extra crispy. He still seemed confused, so i was just wanting to give up at this point and asked for a refund, so he had to get his manager who then said they could just re-make the burger as a whole. It was like I was speaking another language or something....Don't know how my request continued to be lost I'm translation. I was over it now, so just threw the bacon out, and still didn't get a refund or apology of any kind. Would be willing to give this place a second chance but would like to get a refund or some sort of discount for the inconvenience of how long that back and forth went on for, and lack of customer service.

Don't go to the drive through when it's busy. You'd think a restaurant that's been running as long as this one would have a way of keeping your food warm. Food was lukewarm and handed to me right after paying. I'd been sitting in line for about 30 minutes so the food must've sat for at least 20. Get a hot lamp or cook it fresh. No one wants to wait for a cold soggy burger & onion rings.

MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT EVER! The burgers, fries, custard truly everything is perfect. Best burger place ever, I always get the double California cheeseburger it's absolutely amazing. The concretes and toppings are unmatched. I strongly recommend to anyone!
