We were seated right away, told to use the QR code on the table for the menu and a server would be right with us. We waited 25 minutes and no one ever came to the table, even to acknowledge us sitting there. Tables seated had service and had food and drinks before we left. The person who sat us was watching TV and no one even noticed we left. I don't need to go back, that's for sure!

When I ordered Chipotle BBQ dry rub they gave me Lemon Pepper dry rub. A couple weeks later I ordered Lemon Pepper dry rub and they gave me Lemon Pepper sauced. At least the other flavors I ordered were correct.

We usually come here for lunch as a group of 6-7 for lunch. Went on a Thursday and they were not terribly busy, but the new way they are sending food out seems counter productive.With the group of 6 each person got their food one by one, and most people finished their food before the last two people in our party even got their food. There were other tables getting their food prior to the rest of our party, and when we asked, it came out very soon after. This has been the case for the past few visits so I am thinking until they are able to fix their staffing and efficiency issues we will be looking for a different lunch place to go to here in the future.

Ordered. Lunch special cheeseburger, and order of wings when we ordered she asked if we wanted fries or onion rings so we ordered 1 of each. My cheeseburger came out with fries that were just slightly warm. I was half way done with my burger before the other persons wings came out without the onion rings, few minutes later the 5 onion rings came out…yes 5 onion rings. Then when the check came we were charged 2.00 extra for the 5 onion rings. I said You didn’t say the onion rings were extra she said yeah the lunch special just comes with fries. 1st if I would have known it was 2.00 more I wouldn’t have ordered them and 2nd if I’m being charged 2.00 more I expect more than 5 onion rings. Rip off.

I see people reviewing various places with all good things to say, yet only giving 4 stars. Not sure why people are so stingy about their stars or why some reviews are ridiculously picky/downgrading them for things beyond the establishment's control (i.e. a loud child visiting, a police car showing up due to attempted theft, and so on.) BW3 in Pewaukee is aces in my book!

The new order and pay by phone system can be difficult to use for some people. There is only one Waitress on for Sunday at noon for 1/3 full dinning room. Needed to flag down for refills and service.

Can't get a "physical menu" and my phone was almost dead. Bad service. When I asked for the traditional wings buffalo sauce they gave me dry chicken wings w no sauce cooked in and the sauce on the side? And to top it off they were barely warm.

Had bad experience when carrying out last time. Reported a dispute in the order, the lady supervisor was rude and told she cannot do anything. Although food was good, this kind of attitude and behavior degrades the taste automatically. Did talk to her boss too, response was average.

Our family had a great experience dining in this afternoon at this location. We ordered the House Sampler appetizer that came with nachos, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and boneless chicken. My son had the All American burger, my daughter had plain boneless wings and my wife and I split a 20 piece boneless wings with flavors in order of our favorite (1) Chipotle BBQ dry rub, (2) Bourbon BBQ, (3) Asian Zing and (4) Caribbean jerk. The food was great!The service was fast and we were able to place our order from our phone and pay from our phone at our table as well. We also loved the atmosphere. It was great watching all the games on the TVs. We will be back again!

Waited over 35 minutes and was never seated as I watched numerous customers of other races be seated before me of Caucasian descent. My wait was supposed to be a 20 minute wait. Also asking to speak with a manager and never spoke with one and was ignored. This location needs to be closed and shut down if they don't want to serve the black. What world do people think we are living in clearly people are delusional.
