Food is good not great but also reasonably priced so it's a decent value. Service was very good and friendly. The bar shows its age but not

Mouth watering, melt in your mouth filet. Lobster done to perfection, partially removed, and presented on the tail. Fully loaded baked potato. Signature, crunchy shredded onion rings. Crisp, warm bread on which butter melts. Full bar. Excellent dessert menu. Great food, great drinks, great service. Upscale, but business casual works. Great place for Mother's Day, birthdays.03/20/2024 Enjoyed the same menu as above. And, having a sweet tooth, I ordered a Salted Carmel Martini which was absolutely delicious and served as my dinner drink and dessert! As next Wednesday is the last day for a scallops on a bed of anglehair pasta special. So, I already have a date.

This was my first time here and it will not be my last. Everything was terrific. The attentive wait staff was incredible. The steaks were prepared perfectly. Very easy to make reservations and get in without having to book a month in advance. Oh, and the ice cream drinks! They are a must! Very generous and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience!

Wasn't too impressed. Service was slow and it wasn't that busy when I was there. Food was ok, but there's better for the price. Guy singing and playing the piano was a bit wierd and too loud. Seemed more like a bar atmosphere. So much for conversation at the table. Won't be back.

The saganaki flaming cheese is always a favorite at our table! And I have yet to find a better steak than the 18 ounce ribeye topped with 5* garlic butter cooked a perfect medium rare! I always look forward to a visit here.

We've been going to Butler in several times a year for over a decade.Food was Spot on & service always excellent.New management! The owner( I assume) kept coming out of the kitchen & side/eyeing the wait staff. Breaded mushrooms were cold & inedible!Louis special was perfect as was our favorite waiter Andreas!

Steak was cooked perfectly, but how it was plated, the steak juices soaked the haystack onions, and the sea scallops were on a wilted lettuce leaf. I ordered a martini that was impossible to drink as it was very strong, and the server suggested I get lemonade to add to it...We got a flourless chocolate cake to go, it was $14 and when we got home and opened the box it was a small sliver of cake.

Sat us next to the doors when it was -10 outside so yes we were freezing, I got the perch fish fry, deep fried it until most of the fish was gone. Disappointing for the price we paid I was expecting amazing food.

We hosted our team's holiday party at the restaurant this year - the 2nd floor space was perfectly sized for our group of 34. The entrees were all fantastic and everyone raved about the desserts. The entire staff team was very attentive throughout the evening to make sure everyone had a great time - even going elsewhere in the restaurant to get a specialty drink that a guest had requested. We booked our party months in advance, and as luck would have it - the Packers playoff game was during our party! The staff accommodated our request to have the game on within the room so we could all celebrate the 2023 year as a team while still keeping an eye on the score. The only thing we would change about the evening was the outcome of the Packers vs. 49ers game!

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars primarily because of how they charge your credit card. They give you a cash or credit card price on your receipt, but when you leave a $40.00 tip on the credit card THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU 3% FOR LEAVING A TIP. This is slimy and dishonest. When you spend $200 for two people PLUS A TIP and now with smaller portions, constantly raising their prices it's time to find a different place. After 15 years of patronaging this restaurant it's time to go elsewhere. Slimy credit card charges may be a petty thing for leaving but I don't like being taken advantage of.
