Stopped to get lunch. When I got home my fries and sandwich were both cold. Both beyond tasteless. I have never had nasty Chick-fil-A. The service was great the food disgusting. I actually had to throw it away. Just nasty.

Service was slow today in the drive-thru even though there were not many customers around. Friendly employees.Many times I've had good food from this location but today, not so much.The new mango lemonade is so acidic it literally is burning my throat. They prepared it like I was at bar or something...giving me a small drink cup when my meal should come with a medium drink. They filled my cup up 3/4 with ice and 1/4 with the acid. My sandwich came in a crushed, greasy box. The chicken was weird, dry texture on the outside and the middle was done right. I had to eat all around the outside nastiness to get to a quarter-sized spot in the middle that was good. I got all tiny crumbs in my box of waffle fries except for 3 that were whole.I got an Icedream cone, which I ate first and that was the only good part of the whole meal. Plenty of ice cream and the cone stayed crisp the entire duration of eating it without getting the slightest bit soggy.I'll stick to just eating dessert.

Our order is always wrong. It doesn’t matter when we go and tonight the food is cold. I’m disappointed with the quality of the service and food for the expensive price. Probably won’t be back at this location.

The ginger at the window had a terrible attitude, she then gave us the wrong drinks, then proceeded to give us 6 instead of 8 nuggets. When I asked for a drink carrier she rolled her eyes and said “whatever”. Ok, that’s fine, the chick fil a in Delafied is better.
Yummy... Per my kids, although I do love their waffle fries and lemonade. The lemonade is like no other. Personally I can't speak for their food, I'm not a chicken fan. Again, based on my kids opinion and the longest drive thru line I've ever seen, it has to be an awesome place to try.

Seemed to be very difficult to order through drive through. Answered questions only to be asked the question again.Then I sat at the window for a very long time, only to be pulled around the building to sit in a parking space for even longer all for a burrito.Service was not good.

Sandwich made me sick. The chicken was shaped very odd, it had a weird tendon thing throughout the meat and tasted awful. I spit it out as my stomach turned at the appearance and taste of it. The store was filthy and atmosphere was gross- chairs and tabletops covered in grease.

I placed a lunch catering order with 24 hours’ notice for 25 people. Online ordering was easy, and I was able to review my order with the manager on duty the evening before. The morning of my event, I found out I was going to have more people than expected. I was able to call the Pewaukee location the day of the event and they happily adjusted my order for me after making sure their kitchen could handle the increase first. The food arrived on time and the delivery driver was very friendly and set up our food for us. She even offered to run back to the restaurant and grab plates/utensils if we thought we might run short. Thank you, Pewaukee Chick-fil-a, for a great lunch and for being easy to work with.
