I went in for a quick sandwich for lunch and it took half an hour to get my order. The person making the sandwich didn’t even call my number so the other customer in the store took my order. They ended up having to remake my single sandwich and it took even longer to get. For a $20 sandwich there’s other places to go with better service.

Idk why people are so down on this... food industry is a tough game.I will say my good friend used to run this joint. Since she left it has kept up to par. I order from then often because I am on keto diet, and I have no complaints ever. Everything comes fresh and delicious. I used to go here quite frequently, but they don’t accept $100 bills. Absolutely idiotic. If you read this please do NOT support businesses that employ these policies.TO THE FRANCHISE OWNER WHO DECIDED THIS. There are methods to ensuring your business doesn’t get counterfeit bills. You will never be able to accurately quantify the loss of business from your decision, but you are loosing revenue or maybe you simply don’t care…..I hope this helps you make better process decisions.

We like JJ, but seriously, how hard is it to get a very simple order right? Today was dreadful! My husband went in ordered his, which was fine. All I wanted was a slim turkey with cheese added And we ask for extra turkey On the side. The guy tells my husband at the end you never ordered cheese. Yes he did! Whatever, I'll add at home.He gets home and I have a sub with mayo and pickles...That's It!!!! And another wrapping with turkey in it! Seriously!!?? So I paid for a slim with turkey and got NO turkey!JJs start hiring people who pay attention to what people are saying. I did Not get what we paid for and my husband got total attitude from your employee. This happens every time!!!

Have to agree with other reviews. This location should be closed. It is staffed by brain-dead automaton mouth breathers. Most jimmy John's locations are well staffed and this one is a total sht-show.

I went for you know a sub. Walk in, no bread. I tried coming in last week. The ovens were broken. They told me to wait 10-15 minutes for bread to be made. There were 5 people in the back standing doing nothing instead of baking more bread. They are a sub place. Thats what they are meant to serve. And get this, one of the workers told me “I mean, there is a Qdoba right next door”. So now your driving me to another business? Makes no sense. No wonder you guys only have 1 star ratings. Will not be back.

Ordered online for pick up because delivery was not available but order was ready on time and everything was correct and it was a large order

Placed order for delivery at 11:30AM, never came. Called at 11:50AM to check delivery status, phone rang and rang, nobody answered. Drove over at 12:15PM to find our group order sitting in 2 boxes behind the counter. Staff admitted they weren't picking up the phone due to being short staffed. Did not offer any discounts or refunds. Cookies we ordered with the meals weren't found inside the boxes. Never ordering from this location again.

If the staff was friendlier I would have given this place more stars. No greeting, not helpful and they looked like they hated their job. Sandwich was good. Only reason for the 2 stars.

How do you forget the meat? Yes, seriously. Two of the three sandwiches I ordered (#12, #12, and a #14) were missing the meat. Over $30 for three sandwiches and a cookie, and two of the sandwiches don't even have any meat?
