Best sandwich ever. Loved the staff. I got the ham and lettuce and onion and Mayo on white and would SO RECOMMEND. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I've been a Loaf & Jug regular since I was a kid, having lunch with my mom in Stonewood Village. Their new location is just as tucked-away and out of mind to passers-by, so it's hard to remember that we have such a great choice for lunch so close to home. I'll admit, the new location still feels a bit like a Panera inside. You just can't duplicate the beauty and charm of their first location, but trust me, the food is as good as ever. Nowhere else can you get all homemade breads, rolls, muffins, pies, soups and salad dressings. The menu is so clean and fresh, assembled by familiar and friendly faces. Against all odds, they have survived the worst of COVID and are still serving exceptional food with a smile. Please find this place and enjoy it, they deserve the business because they truly do the work and outsource nothing.

They could have had more diet or healthy bread/wrap options. The homemade french onion soup was bland. Desserts and Pies pies looked amazing. Reuben was decent but something was off with the corned beef, or maybe it was the thousand island.

The sandwich was great and the pie was even better.

Awesome restaurant. Gordy and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Food is awesome and fresh. When weather permits, we like sitting outside with our dog and they are always accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great food, I wish they were open later sometimes so I could get dinner there.

I've been wanting to come here ever since I moved to the area and it DIDNT disappoint. I'm already excited to come back! Have to leave with a slice of pie ?

Overall good food based on my individual build Your Own Sandwich. And based from what other tables had, everything looked like a good choice to pick. If you've never been here the ordering process can be confusing. You stop at a table to fill out your order slip then proceed to place your slip on the counter and then fall in line to pay. As you pay, your food should be ready so that you can proceed to any table to eat. Outdoor seating is available Only disappointment is that they close at 3 pm. To bad that they don't do one evening until 5 or 6 pm.

Unbelievable restaurant. Friendliest staff, best sandwiches, best soups, best salads. If you're in Pewaukee- THIS is where you should go.

We have been coming here for a long time and this is the first time we were disappointed.

It's been awhile since I've been to Loaf and Jug...I think the last time I was there they were still in Brookfield. With working from home, I needed a break from making my lunch and decided it was time to revisit Loaf and Jug. I ordered the Salmagundi salad (similar to a Cobb salad). This salad was super fresh and was enough for two meals. You get to pick a side and their salad dressings are homemade. I forgot they have pies and added in a couple of slices for later. If you are looking for a lunch place that is different than all the other chains around the area; I highly recommend checking out Loaf and Jug.
