Worked there for 3 days and never got paid, not even tips. My 2nd day I was done training and never got paid anything the 3rd day which was I was longer in training anymore. Giant waste of my time. 0/10 recommend. Don’t work there.

The bar manager, Brandon, asked for my ID and I showed him my New Mexico ID. He looked at it momentarily and threw it in the trashcan and said it was fake. Luckily I had my passport card as well. Brandon was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The manager, Brandon, looked at my New Mexico ID and immediately threw it in the trash and told me to get out. I showed him my Passport and he said I got lucky and never served me. Logan, the bartender, was the amazing. Unfortunately I will never spend another dollar in this bar.

Always the best drinks and prompt service. By far my favorite night life bar in Platteville

It's fine. They had a drunk af "20 year" old as the ID checker. She called me a "***** because I was 23." Drinks are fine though.

Was always a good night out when you stopped by Boondocks! While this isn't where I spent most of my time downtown it was fun regardless!

Bar sold from Carol to another. Ordered pizza. Literally the same crust as the BP across the street uses. Pre-cooked with toppings thrown on. It was so burnt no kids would eat it and they don't have flavors the BP has. Ok, but vanilla-ly lame. Costs more than the BP. No ranch No bacon No chicken No olives
Tailgates have never been more fun. When I went to UW-Platteville, Boondocks was a favorite. $0.50 beer night was welcomed because of our financial status. It was great to go back after so many years and be able to enjoy and remember the bar like it was during my 20s. However, this particular night the bartender was very inattentive. Maybe because I'm old and married, but I got passed over more than a few times for other drink orders. It wasn't overly busy or hectic, maybe 20-some in the bar at the time. Fun nonetheless.
