Foods amazing, customer service and employees may as well be criminals or juvenile delinquents though haha. They have no morals and take their hate out on you for sticking up for yourself, lol I'd hate working there too, so I get it lolol You have to let them abuse you to get your oder right, I'd stowaway from this adult day care for sure!

I don't care for any of Dunkins food, but I think thay has less to do with how it's prepared, and more with the ingredients. My coffee is usually good, although I always order an extra shot to assure it tastes like coffee and not just sweet milk. This store is clean most of the time I go in, but I don't use the bathroom ever. Soooooo, it's good for a quick cup of coffee! (Unless you go through the drive thru, thats busy most the time.)

I'm giving a 1 star becuase there's no sequence with this place. Everytime I go either my coffee is just horrible unless you get a boss working witch is once in a great while, and some of the staff seems to have attitude when I go in. At this point I'd rather just make my own coffee at home becuase at least I know it will be right.

I went through the drive through and had to wait a couple minutes (which I was totally fine with as I used to work at a dunkin and know how hard it can be on the person taking orders and running all over the place,) Once I place my order (Which was a DELICIOUS medium Iced Butter Pecan Coffee, with cream and extra liquid sugar) I pull around to the window where I see a car in front of me, who seems to be giving the lady at the window a hard time. As someone who has worked in fast food, having a little patience with the people working can get you a lot better attitudes, than snipping back at the person saying “this isn’t what I ordered!” Once the woman “finally” seemed to get it right, she looked so defeated and upset, as the woman in the car sped away. I praise that girl for keeping her cool, and still treating me with respect! I wish I would have looked at her name tag, because she deserves a raise! PSA: You might be having a bad day, but that doesn’t mean treat workers (who’s making YOUR ITEMS) with little to no respect. We’re humans too!

Placed an online order for curbside pick up. When I went to go to pick up small sign on door stating only curbside pickup a d that the store was closed. Several others walked in with me to order but didn't notice sign since it was so small. They were very rude to the customers that came into order. Stating "didn't you see the sign" when I said I was there for an online pick up order she said we don't have the supplies to make your order. She told me the truck didn't come in with their supplies. So I asked for a refund. She stated I had to do it through the app because it's a third party. There is no where on the app to request a request a refund. I then emailed corporate. It took them 2 weeks to reply back with an apology. Stated they would email out giftcards....it's been over a month still no gicards but they sure took my money for my order I never got. Never again will I visit a Dunkins.

I got a drink from here and my grandma parked a little to far from the window and she rolled her eyes for my grandma struggling to get out of the vehicle to hand the lady the money.... they also didnt fill my drink all the way like they are supposed too.

I ordered a large iced matcha latte with little ice, as I don't care for much along with the ham and cheese croissant. Once I received my drink, I noticed it wasn't full of liquid. I asked, and they said because I wanted little to no ice. Well, I would expect the prices you pay they would top it off with liquid regardless of the ice. My food was good but also not worth the price, I would gladly pay for it again if it included some hash rounds.
