The appetizers were the best part of the meal. It lacked flavor and was not that good. With that being said our server and front desk staff were amazing .
Ok let’s start with we loved Cheddar’s and go to different locations when out of town. This one was very disappointing! Came in around 9pm were we seated and immediately given some croissants (Great). It’s took about 10mins before a waiter came over to say anything. She then proceeded to say this isn’t her section and she’s just helping out. She then takes our drink order then walks away and takes another 20mins before coming back and getting our food order. After she takes our order she comes back 10mins later and says she wants to go back over our order to make sure she got it all and she was getting our order in. Long story short it took an hour and half before receiving any of our food. Then the quality of food was horrible!!!! Raw pink meat (asked well done meats). We had to talk with the manager and she handled everything with taking our bill off but it was a complete waste of time and big disappointment

Listen to the negative reviews. We used to love cheddars and no longer have one in our area so we were excited to see this. It was horrible. Just two of us. And it took 35 or so minutes for a grilled chicken salad (chicken was pretty much rubber) and a chicken strips/ rib combo that was barely warm. $50 spent for nothing even decent.
Good experience but very loud in both areas for dining. Unable to have a nice conversation.
