I ordered my food 15 minutes before arriving for pick up. When I walked in my order wasn't even started yet and there was no one in the store but the employees. THEN she didn't read the ticket correctly so I had to tell her the bread she was using was wrong. VERY dissatisfied

The old owners were so much better. I usually order the same so I can tell the difference. It's really not that hard, but that's what you get when you have young people making your food. The bread was hard and my fries were under cooked.

Rarely on time with online pick up orders. Also, when late, frequently 10-15 min late past pick up time. Wouldn't recommend on a lunch break.

Arrived at 5:00 pm young worker told me the close at 6 so I can not dine in. They were already putting stuff up as if it was closing in 15 mins. I’ve been to locations from Kenosha to Racine this is the only location that’s so skimpy when it comes to the sandwiches the steak sandwich was totally different from any other location, the Turkey sub only had 2 pieces of luncheon meat. Only thing I liked was the curds and fries! They lack employees and don’t take pride in the kitchen! Never again!

Ordered a turkey sub. Got home and opened a tuna salad sub. Not even close and it was not busy in there. The young girl making subs could care less about her work. Tried to call them 4 times and let it ring 15 times each time. Absolutely pathetic!

This place is a joke. Have went in Multiple times and was told by the owner that he wasnt going to get to the register to take an order for 30 minutes because he's going to be making subs. If you can't handle a lunch rush, maybe hire a person for the register?

I have always had great service and the best subs at this location however the bread was very disappointing at my recent visit. What makes Cousins stand apart from other sub shops is their freshly baked Italian bread. Not sure if they just ran out of the fresh bread and had to purchase some from a rival sub shop but it wasn't what I was hoping for. Hopefully it was just a one time issue as I love Cousins and this location in particular so don't want to give up on what is usually a delicious meal.
