Very bad service, they charged me excessively, they did not give me the baucher, they made me careless and when I reviewed my consumption, I realized that they charged me 3 times more than what I consumed. I have tried to communicate with the restaurant and it is impossible.

I must've hit the jackpot with the guy who took my order and made my food because I had exactly the opposite experience as the other reviewers. The man who helped me was kind, walked me through the menu options, made my bacon cheeseburger exactly the way I asked and was pleasant when I picked my order up. Took him about five minutes to make the burger and fries. The party was cooked perfect, extra pickles just like I asked , the bun was one of the best fast food buns I've ever had, and the fries were warm and crispy. I will definitely be back

I'm literally calling corporate because of how rude the two male employees working were when i went today. I should've read all the 1 star reviews written about this place. I went to order some Philly fries and the Great steak sandwich. The man at the register became super confused on what i wanted. Not sure how i couldve made it simpler... He instead rang me up for a potato, a philly sandwich, steak fries, and a drink????? i corrected him and he became agitated. he asked me if i wanted cheese on my sandwich and i said yes. It took over 5 minutes for my order to be rang up at the register. When i received my food i got a steak sandwich with lettuce and plain fries. i corrected the guy who gave me the food telling him they were supposed to be Philly fries. he said "thats not what you ordered" huh???? i told him yes i did and he straight up refused to fix the food i ordered and paid for. Hope everyone can read all these reviews and never purchase from these people

Horrible place! Waited for over 10 minutes no one was in sight, other customers and I were yelling to see if anyone was around, I finally called the store’s number to have them help the line of people they had only to greeted with bad attitude by the cashier. Another woman who’s name was Marissa was just standing there looking at the women cooking not even trying to help.

This establishment lacks managerial leadership, multitasking skills and customer service.There should be no reason to wait 25 mins for a sandwich!While 2 people are just standing around and twiddling their thumbs, there's only one person on the grill... AND ONLY GRILLING ONE THING AT A TIME.
I had the cheesesteak fries and there was only 6 small slices of beef and the cheese was canned all for $11.99. Your in Wisconsin you shouldn't be using canned. Will NOT go back!
