Terrible service. Rude drive thru. As always our order was short several items and cold fries and wrong things put on specialty burgers. All 4 of them. Workers at McDonald's were outside arguing with each other and fighting while customers were entering and exiting. Terrible atmosphere Terrible food.

Come on lunch or break for breakfast they’re always messing orders up. I gave them my code for my free Big Mac they still charged me for it and told me on my receipt they didn’t use my points but my app shows otherwise. Very bad service they always want to argue with you about THEIR mess up!!

I went in to use the Bathroom and get coffee, i Drive for a livingand make many Mc Donld's stops, and many are awful. Staff super friendly and everyone was cleaning. That place was spotless. The coffee was fresh. Mt breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. This is the second time I have been there. Anyone complaining, needs to come to Racine, Try our Mc Donald's. You would realize what a treasure this one is!

The people who work the drive thru are awesome! They are so cheerful!The food through the drive thru is always hot and on point.Again the atmosphere from those who work drive thru is cheerful and they always smile and laugh when we come through.Parking: Parking lot is adjacent to the building on either side and in back.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp, table that allows for a wheelchair.

9-7-2023, drive-thru purchased coffee, went back thru for refill after sitting in line and the shift manager a female, told me no coffee in drive thru, come inside with a very nasty tone. Then mean mugged me .

It's one of the cleaner McD's in the area. They have touch-screen ordering, so you know your order is going to be accurate, so all-in-all, it's a good fast-food option. It's McD's, so you know what you're getting. No surprises. Staff seems to be a bit more friendly-than-average.
