At the beginning of April I brought my family (from out of town) to have lunch at this location. Our waiter Steve provided some of the best service we have ever received (even from 5 star restaurants), especially being that we had 3 little kiddos that were very demanding with us. Steve was able to handle our party like a true professional, both efficient and courteous! We ended up tipping a little over 25% because the service was just that good!My partner and I came in yesterday hoping for that same experience and to our surprise we were told that Steve is no longer at this location. This news was very disheartening because he was truly the reason for the return visit. Unfortunately we chose to opt for lunch at Cheddar’s instead.I’m not sure what transpired but Steve if you read this message we wish you plenty more success!

My boyfriend and I came to this Olive Garden after an 11 hour car ride home last night, both craving Olive Garden the whole time. We both ordered meals that came with unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. My boyfriend got the salad while I got the soup. He wanted to try my soup and while doing so the waitress came by and informed us that she would have to charge us extra for sharing soup and salad and we couldnt get anymore refills without paying extra. This is ridiculous and so petty considering we both had the soup or salad option. After this unpleasant experience I won't be recommending this Olive Garden to anyone. The pettiness we experienced was beyond ridiculous.

I really miss how this place use to be. They got rid of so many good entrees including my favorites, seafood portifino and the mixed grill. Oh how I miss the mixed grill. Now the only thing with steak is this measley little portion of meat and everything is mediocre at best. Except the soups and dessert, so don't ruin that.

Went you here wit my wife worst eat out experience we ever had. My recommendations is never go here. It was last week at night on 75St Kenosha. Sever was Millie or something plus food tasted cold. Soup we got was ice cold and the soup potato’s were hard and nasty. Told management, and nothing was done. We paid and we left. Beware of this one.

Our server Stanley is ELITE. Super friendly and definitely went the extra mile when my 5 year old asked for endless amounts of cheese. I will definitely ask to sit in his section again. We called about 20 mins ahead of us being there and still waited almost 40 mins just to be seated. The 2 women working check in were kind of.......rude I guess. Like just not personable at all but it is what it is. Food was great. Stanley was great.
