Let me just say.my wife worked here 30 years ago and we went in for nostalgia sake.The pizza was wonderful ,the crust was perfectly crisp and just the right amount of sauce and topping.The service was wonderful atmosphere was great.

we live in the north side of Kenosha, so coming down to Ruffalo's 3 is quite a trip. but this is the restaurant we got most. the staff is always great! the food is always good.always highly recommended.
Bad service bad customer serviceHad to cancel my food order they took forever waitress never apologized stated they were shorthanded charged $17 for two cokes and bread with two soups that we had waiting for our meal to come out which we canceled and left. Very disappointed. Never again will I go or recommendTo eat there or order take out !

Food Poisoning, Owner don't care!Tthought we had a nice Sunday dinner, but come to find we got food poisoning ruled out to be from bad ranch dressing! Got sick after eating on the drive home and called up the restaurant. The owner didn't get back to us until Tuesday, in a defensive posture, when we were only concerned about other patrons being served this same dressing. We would not recommend eating at a closed minded establishment that is not open to helping others and serving long time customers whose voice may not be recognized over the phone. This speaks volumes to our family and friends. Good bye Ruffolo's!

Chicken parmesan and house salad was delicious. We also had pizza. The pizza was good but not one of favorites. My personal preference is a bit more sauce and a more flavorful crust.

This was our first time to Ruffolo's, although we've passed it occasionally driving into Zion. Since it is known for its pizza, I ordered a thin-crust special--their cheeseburger pizza. It was a major disappointment. The crust was tough and flavorless. The toppings were sparse, which I didn't expect for one of their specialty pizzas. And then came the price--$22 for a 14" pie. This was NOT stated well in their menu. I've had better take'n bakes for half the price. My review would be only 1-star had not my wife and friends enjoyed their pasta. My wife got pasta primavera and our friends got lasagna. And all three complemented the bread. The tiramisu was delicious as well. We might or might not go back, but if we do, it won't be for pizza. Oh, and if you order drinks, make sure you know what you're ordering. I ordered a $6 draft beer and my wife had a glass of house chianti. The total? $23. $17 for a glass of house chianti . . . absurd.

I love this place. Partly because it's right down the road from me. The food is really great. They have daily specials to keep things fresh. Consistent employees. Wish the place could make some updates but honestly it just goes with the feel of the restaurant. It's a neighborhood restaurant. I'm lucky to be close!
