This is a very busy place! Even though the line is long, the service is fast. The staff is very friendly. We had a caffe latte with vanilla syrup and a mango and peach dragon fruit lemonade. Everything was amazing! So after you do your shopping, make sure you grab a little son to drink.

It was nice to get a crème brûlée latte, but it wasn’t nice standing around waiting for my drink and then finding out that my drink has just been sitting on the counter(and they failed to call my name)

I understand stress with the a flux of people, but I have noticed the the undermining of the coworkers from from the blonde with the timer. Which is unacceptable because that behavior is frankly disgusting and for management to let that slide is unacceptable. I frequent this starbucks and I have seen it multiple times. I don’t appreciate it from the outside looking in.

So slow service it took more than 4 times to refill my card and when check out took more than 5 times to check out. Take more than 10 minutes to made 2 drinks
