Smells pretty bad in here very dirty! Ketchup is like water and food tasted not cooked or old either way not good. All tables are dirty you stick to the floor and it’s only 10 am. Will not return!

Adam, the manager, is an absolute jerk. He couldn't have been any ruder in dealing with customers. It also seems the employees are afraid of him, by the looks of how he speaks/acts towards them. The place is a disgusting mess as well.Will not return to this restaurant.

Burger King in Westfield and Plover have lost my business.After standing in the lobby for a good few minutes before the employees came out of break room. 9 am we walked in.Husband asked for a specific way he wanted his double croissant sandwich (the number 7 add bacon) at both place and still got it wrong after a 3 min discussion on how to put in the computer! How add is it to add bacon to a croissant meal?! After going back up to get a missing sausage patty, his was right. Husband happy win for me!Now my sandwich I just wanted to add ham to a biscuit with sausage. That took a few discussion from workers to figure that out! My biscuits bottom was hard and old! Biscuit was old! I couldn't finish my soggy breakfast. Won't be back!

Twice now we have been here in the last couple of weeks, once as a fluke because we never come here, and once because support gave us a coupon to come back because the first experience was so bad. First visit, we made an order, waited upwards of nearly 45 minutes after they told us to pull forward (barely any cars going through) and still ended up with the wrong order (which wasn't large and for 2 people). Every car that came through was asked to pull forward or park in a space and then they didn't even bring out orders in order of arrival, and kept stopping at our car window to ask if this was ours. No, order after order it wasn't. At least write down the name or the car color. So..... I came back (my fault there). There's one car in front of me, none behind and not a soul in the lobby. Asked to pull into a parking space. You cannot keep up with 2 people's orders when the place is dead? A few more cars came while I've been here for 20 plus minutes but this place is a joke. It's not fast food and the bar for service is incredibly low. Will not be coming again. Place seems like whoever is managing it is doing an absolutely terrible job. I have now been sitting in this parking lot waiting for my food for an order I put in at 12:50 and it's now 1:15. Crying toddler in the back and still no food. Keep coming up to car windows again to ask if this is their order. Write. Down. A. Name. And. Car. Color.

Drive thru service is terrible! they just keep telling people to pull forward and the person 3 cars back got their food first ....the same person that was obviously known by staff that was honking her horn at the directive of the staff. Pull forward to wait to get cold fries. I will never go back.

Based on the receipt that was on the tray, and the burger being barely warm I'm thinking I was given someone else's sandwich. It was subpar for what I expect typically. This Burger King typically does a good job. I was slightly surprised this time but the poor quality.

It is the home of the Whopper they have great service. Even though on the day we went things did not go as good as I thought. The service took off a lot longer than it should have. Food is smaller.

The original chicken sandwich I ordered was not hot or warm! The bread was dry and tasted like cardboard! I could barely taste the chicken it was so thin! It’s my fav sandwich but will not be ordering it again any time soon!

30 minutes in a drive thru for Burger King. What a joke. Save your time it’s not worth it. Can’t wait till it’s shut down. Garbage compared to what it used to be.

I felt I needed to say something about this. The boy working the drive through speaks at such a low tone only a dog could hear and seems to have NO concept of noise around him because he just WILL NOT speak up, no matter how many times we say "huh?" The food is fine. What do you expect from a fast food spot, but recently my family and I have noticed how sloppy and over sauced EVERYTHING is.

I ended up going to this Burger King at about nine at night because my three kids were hungry and all I got from the employees was constantly being asked if I am serious about ordering this much food and that this is ridiculous because there’s only two people working in there, so then I paid a little over $30 for all the food and then was told to pull ahead and ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for them to bring the food out. Keep in mind all I ordered was a couple cheeseburgers and a couple chicken sandwiches, the ketchup mustard mix was so gross tasting I don’t know if it was an old bottle or it was just way too much mustard but once I scraped off all the condiments on it and added my own ketchup, then it was at least decent. The chicken sandwich has no taste like chicken or anything it taste like salty cardboard
