“Some friends and I recently rented the upper mezzanine space at the Artist and Fare building. Russ was so wonderful to work with leading up to our event and helped us solidify all the details. He was incredibly professional as well as accommodating at every turn.We were beyond happy with the amazing taco/nacho/fajita bar they catered for our lunch. The service downstairs, attaining our drinks, as well as interactions with the catering staff were excellent. Russ’ sons, in particular, were so attentive to our food situation upstairs whilst waiting on customers downstairs. I was extremely impressed with their thoughtfulness while checking in on us.The upper mezzanine is such a beautiful space and it was such a blessing to be able to utilize it. We were able to move the tables and chairs around to best accommodate our event and the 20 attendees. We weren’t even asked to take care of any of the tables of chairs afterwards which was so amazing.Thanks you so much to Russ and his wonderful team for making our event truly special and memorable! ❤️“

“I just want to thank Emily for handling my situation. I ordered a drink and drove off. After several minutes of driving I’d decided to take a sip. The taste was off and there was no sweetness to it. I stopped at the side of the road and called the shop. I was told to go back to get a replacement but I have other arrangements and did not make it back till hours later. They simply replaced the drink. Thank you for the great customer service and handling the situation like a pro. My loyalty with the brand is stronger than ever.“

“Haven't been to McDonald's in a couple of years and used the drive-through on a Saturday. The line was long but moved along quickly. The exterior of the building and the parking lot were clean. The workers were polite, and I was pleasantly surprised with the short amount of time I was in line. The food was hot and as expected. Thank you for a great experience!“

We waited at the window for several minutes after receiving our food for the drinks to complete our value meals before someone opened the window to ask if we were needing anything. Food met expectations, although we were really disappointed to find that the breakfast all day menu had been discontinued.“

“Always great coffee, great service, and lovely atmosphere at Ruby. Weird thing to comment on, but I love that I don't leave Ruby smelling like burnt coffee, maybe a slight coffee aroma, but nothing where I'd need to change clothes or layer on perfume. Coffee is definitely on the pricer side for the Point area, but worth it for a treat.“

“Casual atmosphere, something like a college coffee house from years ago. Friendly, clean, relaxed atmosphere. Good food.Parking: Limited street parking constricted by nearby campus. Some free parking behind the building. Might have to walk a bit but well worth it.“

“The most lovely ladies were working when we went! Exceptionally kind and helpful; they know tea so well and gave wonderful suggestions based on our flavor preferences! We found a delicious tea that was both sweet and naturally flavored called Cinnabear. An all around fantastic experience! We will be back!“

“This is a truly awesome coffee shop featuring great food, excellent coffee and friendly and efficient service. We were cycling and appreciated the place to park our bike by the window and leisurely enjoy our meal. We highly recommend the cinnamon rolls and other homemade baked goodies. This is a surprisingly cute shop in downtown Stevens Point.“

“Was having a crummy morning when I pulled into Waupaca Starbucks. The greeter at the drive thru asked how my day was going and I responded that it wasn’t going so well but I hoped my coffee would make it better. To my surprise I was greeted at the window with my two coffees and a big smile. The greeter told me my total and I said oh you must have missed one of my coffees.
