I've gone to this McDonald's before service was never as bad and this the young lady taking my order rushed me, after I completed my order she says "see you at the window" ok so I assume that it's second window seeing as I wasn't told first then I go to hand her my card she snatches it out of my hand, I was shocked I work in fast food I understand bad days but you never treat customers rudely, I don't get my card for another 5 minutes while I'm waiting for my food and still waiting on drinks, I finally get my card back after I get my food, my boyfriend who is beyond upset asks for the manager which never comes, so we go inside to find the supposed manager sitting in the dining room reading a book, we don't even notice him he looks like a customer, and when one of the employees point him out we go talk to him and he sounds so disinterested and uncaring it's shocking, if u are unable to talk to customers even with a little bit of care or even understanding dont work in customer service

I see alot of people here complaining about people being rude to them? I work here and know most the people are very kind and considering, we will give you anything you need if you ask, ofc if you payed minus water/condiments/bags. People are complaining about having to wait 5 minutes wich rarely happens and when it does we are very busy, yes this is fast food but it's not instant. Lower your expectations. I mean it's mcdonalds not some classy restaurant. This may be partial because I work here but I think it's one of the most honest reviews here. Thank you.

I was stopping by on my way out of town but kudos to whoever is taking care of making the outside look pretty.The flower pots were incredible and a nice thing to look as we were in the car for a long time.

Went there tonight after a long day of work, was told i couldnt use the apps coupon for a free burger, that I earned okay fine.. Waited in the drive through for like 5 min. No biggie, till I get home and see i have barely the amount of a medium fry in my large fry box. Like really. Maybe thats why you jammed the bag into my hand so fast n seamed so stand-offish. Not happy with tonights service nor food quality. Do not recommended.

My family's food was good, mine was awful. Chicken sandwich tasted like it was either underdone, full of tendons, or sitting for far too long. Of course, I realized this when we were on the way out of town. I'd probably pass on this one in the future and wait until I get to a different town.
