What's happening with fast food restaurants these days? There's just never any consistency! One day, your roast beef sandwich is actually tender and juicy. The next day, you get one, and it's dry like shoe leather!! Curly fries are cold and gard as a rock!Not only that , but somehow, someone is always forgetting to put an item in the bag. No one double-checked to make sure that everything was in the bag! Is everybody "HIGH" at work??

Just wanted to share the wonderful customer service Evan provided. First let me start off by saying the food, a Wagyu Burger was fresh and delicious! Evan who took my order was genuinely pleasant with such phenomenal customer service skills. I have gone to quite a few establishments and I'll say his professional and pleasant demeanor was a plus!

Me and and my brother ordered 2 -2 for $7 and a burger special w/fries/ soda the lady who took our order wasn't attentive to us while ordering order was wrong gave frozen bread wasn't fresh jalapeños walked away when I approached her just as we're speaking with the manager we then see she was more worried about clocking out than providing customer service that we payed for !!

Very friendly and the food was warm and tasted as expected
One employee there was incredibly rude and goofing off. Not only did he make me feel unwelcome he was also rude to the employees working with him. Took 15 min to get my order. Awful experience because of that one clown

There original chicken sandwiches shrunk just glad they dont put pickles on them i just dont get that.

Had the jalapeño poppers which were very tasty. The employees were helpful to us, as we realized that we had lost a phone. The inside was modern and clean. It's a great place for a sandwich.

By far the worst fast food place in town. Idk what happened here but it was always fresh but lately the food is never fresh and the fries are stale! Sad part is I had to wait 10 minutes for a small order then I had to throw 2 chicken sandwiches out because they were grey inside! Whoever they have running the kitchen should be fired!
