We've eaten here a few times and all of our food has been good! The flat fries are a hit. Service is friendly, but our food took a very long time, especially most recently. They were busy when we came in, but it seemed like most everyone else already had their food, so I didn't expect to have to wait as long as we did; however, everything was cooked properly (fish frys and flat fries) and came out hot.My husband appreciates the beer and liquor selection, and most items are listed with prices conveniently on their screens at the end of the bar.I like the atmosphere here better than most bars. It is nicely updated and has a modern feel while still retaining a coziness. Adequate seating for a bar/small grill at tables throughout, including a separate dining area during high traffic times.Parking: Plan to find street parking (not overly difficult), as the parking lot is small

Went for the prime rib special for Valentine’s Day. You get what you pay for and the prime rib was not good. The flavor was off and a lot of gristle. You couldn’t have cut it any thinner. They advertised 8 to 10 ounces, but our cuts I would be surprised if they were even 8 ounces. The service was good. Our waitress was very pleasant. Next time we want prime rib we will pay the extra and get quality meat.

Enjoyed everything. We wanted perch but get their early. We were there about 6 and we got the last perch. I actually liked the walleye better.
