For 80$ The all meats with 2 Large Sides that I got charged extra for…the ribs not available but they would put extra brisket in.. smh. There isn’t $80 worth of pride or effort here in this dry chicken and lacking brisket. Food tasted like it was cooked yesterday… threw out the god-awful Mac and cheese, I’ve had better at public school and the stale corn bread was an insult… good luck at the Nash, I won’t be back.

I have been here twice recently and noticed some issues. First, I want you to understand how much I want this place to thrive. It is within walking distance and has an interesting variety of choices. They have several gluten free deserts, coffees, breakfast options, and more. I like the use of biodegradable products. We asked for no bread in our order to make it gluten free and overheard someone saying something about adding extra meat instead, so that was appreciated. I want to love this place, but it has some things in need of attention. Both the online menu and the physical menu are confusing at times. This is made worse by new employees still learning. If we order a turtle mocha, why are we being asked what flavor? Why were we charged extra for adding caramel to something with caramel in it? The employee is just following the prompts on the computer, which wouldn’t be a problem if it made sense. We couldn’t get an answer about what is in a frappe. It just says frappe on the menu, and the employee had no idea what that is. We did our best to just roll with it, but I hope things will improve soon. One real issue was my ordinary mocha coffee. I was served what was essentially brown water. It was almost entirely flavorless. Another issue was ordering an iced raspberry latte. It was served hot instead. The menu didn’t even have hot as an option for that. The actual food was good, but we ordered the same thing both times, so we didn’t sample anything else. Their coffees seem to be a mess, for now, but please give them a chance. I really want them to stay around.

Ordered Christmas Eve online, but was called they weren't running the whole menu so it was cancelled. It is now Feb 10th and I still haven't gotten refunded.Told problems with toast, out with COVID, was going to send via the mail etc. Still nothing despite multiple calls. Very disappointed in this business' practices, the bill was over $60!Update 02.25.22- still no refund

The in laws live in Racine. And every single time we come to visit from MN. We come here. Breakfast lunch dinner or snack. Never been disappointed. Customer service is always friendly and helpful too.

No one in there. Wait 10 minutes was told my fish will be ready in 15 minutes, left come back only to watch him drop fish. I then ask how long before my fish is ready oh 10 minutes. Never mind it's been 25 and I just watched you drop it.

I live within walking distance and frequent Blue Bear weekly (working away from home) but stopping by is always a priority. Love the duck fat fries. It's been my go to for a great meal when time is often in a crunch. Unique blends of flavors and always something a little different to try. Looking forward to returning continually

Well sadly I live in Kenosha and bought the granola to take home and eat there which ended up being burnt. Called and seems like nobody cared much.

I must say, I have not even eaten what I picked up yet, so I'm hoping it is as great as my first impression. I was greeted by everyone when I went in and the young lady at the counter took her time explaining all the choices on the menu. My kitchen smells wonderful..so I will let you know.

The guy in the front this morning was very welcoming and had a big smile on his face which is always nice to see when trying something new. I got the gluten free egg, meat and cheddar croissant and my husband got the pancakes. I personally liked being able to get a gluten free breakfast sandwich as it has never been an option to me before. Myhusband said the pancakes were good but nothing necessarily special. It was nice to have fresh food with fresh locally sourced ingredients but was definitely much more expensive than we expected going in. The breakfast croissant was $8.50 plus an additional $3 to make it gluten free. I understand that being an organic and locally sourced place requires higher costs, however it seemed a bit more overpriced than it should have been. The sandwiches and pancakes don't come with any sides like potatoes or anything which made me leave wanting just a little more but we didn't want to spend more. The side of potatoes is $3.50 which might have been fine but a lemonade is $4 alone. Honestly, I'd go back because of the gluten free options, but it's definitely more pricey than most places.

This is their avocado toast. Yuck! It’s just a bunch of flavorless spread on one slice of soggy bread with a slice of tomato and a few small bits of grey avocado. Then they totally piled undressed micro greens on top of the whole thing, probably out of embarrassment. This shouldn’t have been served, especially at their prices.
