Went here yesterday to order a blizzard and the person taking my order barely spoke English. I believe she’s the owner. It took 5 minutes for her to take my order and that’s ridiculous because I only ordered ONE THING! If she couldn’t understand fluently English she could’ve easily let one of the other two English speaking Americans assist. She rang my blizzard up wrong! I ordered a cotton candy blizzard and she kept saying candy, it was so annoying. After I paid she said candy cane and I said no COTTON CANDY. The young girl finally turned around and said “We don’t have cotton candy.” She was standing there the entire time and she could’ve chimed in at any time after I asked for COTTON CANDY! I picked the red velvet and it was so disgusting. It was just soft serve and cake, no cream. It tasted like it was missing some ingredients and it was. I hate wasting my money on nothing! It was my first time trying that blizzard and I’m never eating that again! I used to eat at this location at least once a week back in 2021 and the experience was much better then. They had a nice group of workers then and the service and food was way better. I’m unsure what happened but I definitely won’t be back!

I come to this D.Q. location almost daily as I live right next door & the service is always impeccable, the restaurant itself is always spotless & my food is AMAZING ?! I have developed quite the obsession with their food & I will continue to spend my money here as it is well worth it! I highly suggest trying it out ?!
Probably the slowest people on earth. Blizzards take 20 minutes or more to make. It's quite spectacular that people can be this awful at their job.

I will never go back. the service is extremely slow and they have changed the ice cream formula. I ordered a small chocolate ice cream cone, it was not that creamy ice cream I'm used to, it was very chunky like ice milk and had no taste at all. the restaurant area was very dirty. this place is not like it use to be with the new owners.

I went in to order a shake and use the restroom and the bathroom was locked so I waited my turn and as I waited, I saw the manager walk out and as I walked into the restroom, I was hit with a cloud of cigarette smoke. Everything else was great, but I don't appreciate a man being in a woman's restroom smoking cigarettes. Especially considering it was their manager.

Terrible. We went last night(Sunday) around 730. Went through the drive through . It literally took us 45 to order and get our food. We only ordered 3 ice creams. This place is always slow no matter when you go. I could've gotten a steak dinner In that time. They weren't busy inside, and had plenty of staff.Their must've been 10 cars behind me. It would've taken them an hour to get ice cream? Cars were leaving the line, because it wasn't moving.No excuse for poor service like that. They definitely lost my business. I'll go somewhere else now for my ice cream.
Took my daughter there for ice cream and it was good. I also have other food there and it has always been good. The people were friendly.

This place is an absolute joke. Sat there for 15 minutes. The only person in line at the counter, and all the employees were running around yelling at each other like chickens with their head cut off. Eventually, I just left without even being acknowledged. Clearly the new owners have no idea how to run a business.

I think they are under the new owner. No more garlic toast in the chicken tender meal. The food was fast, but I didn't get a number, and they kept calling out a number.
