Well, it was a 2 star, but now it's 1 since my original review was deleted. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, Veal Parm, breaded mushrooms and broccoli chedder soup. The Alfredo was bland and watery at best it tasted like 1% milk and garlic. The soup tasted like Maruchan chedder cheese ramen with Broccoli seasoning. Veal Parm wasn't good or bad, it just was. Breaded mushrooms were the best part. Not worth eating at this location.

Pizza was great!! Just don't order mushrooms as they are canned & albino!! Service was...oh I don't think we had any!! Waiter was pretty much MIA & horrible!! Also be sure not to drink the water!!

It took 1½ hours for one pizza. Mind you when we came in we were the only ones. A party and 5 other people came in and all got their food before us. Our pizza was messed up twice, and the cooks apparently cant read their tickets correctly with how badly they messed up. Our waiter would take our drinks for refills and never came back. We had to flag down another waiter for drinks that took 2 minutes to being out. The worst part was there was the smallest amount of compensation as to cover the messed up pizza. The party was loud and disrespectful to the vibe, and any attempt to flag down one of the owners was futile. It took 15 minutes just to pay and the take out was clearly more important as those pizzas were in and out like wildfire. Very dissatisfied with the quality and our family who were regulars are no longer. The whole time the staff was sitting in back and there was more than needed. I dont understand why it must've been so hard to serve us. I would give this place 0 stars, but that not possible.

The heat generated by the pizza oven combined with the heat cranked out of the furnace iterally makes the interior temperature of the restaurant around 80 degrees F. Plus, it's humid in there. (It was 38 & raining outside ATM.) Anyway, by the time my patty melt arrived sweat was pouring down my forehead and I was nauseous. In order to be able to eat and keep the food down I went outside stripped down to my t-shirt and leaned back against a brick wall that was getting the brunt of the cold wind. After I cooled off my t-shirt and hair remains soaking wet the duration of my lungs and. Not fun.
I order my pizza guy took all my information and told me it would be 30 mins for pick up. My husband goes picks up the pizza and guess what.. No pizza to be picked up . The man that answered the phone lost the order slip. This place will not be getting my service again. This is the second time I had this place and both times and both times SUCKS !

Love the pizza, service not so much. Was told 45 minutes b4 pizza would be ready. Showed up and wasn't told that the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet until AFTER I paid for it. Would've canceled and went to infusino's across the street if I had been told b4 I paid for it. Also it seems that they frown upon paying by card as they're system "takes too long" but it seemed normal to me.

I have not lived in Racine since the 80s. Still today, I miss the pizza from this resturant. Never since, have I ever had pizza like this family makes. We also used to go to Giovannis, so many wonderful memories of Wind Point and the west side. ❤️

Was seated right away. Waitress was fast and efficient. Came back often to see if there was anything you needed. Great service. Got a pizza and it was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Waitress also answered questions about there new banquet room. Was impressed with the way room was set up. Perfect for a get together with family and friends.Parking: They have some spots along side of building and in front street parking. There is a big lot behind building.Kid-friendliness: They have kids of all ages come in. They are friendly and aim to please and keep customers happy.Wheelchair accessibility: Their doorway can fit a wheelchair nicely and there are no steps. Wheelchairs can maneuver around the interior of restaurant easily.
