There pizza sucks . Stay away . Bone less wings are worse then mc Donald's and much smaller . Pizza had no sauce or cheese on it . Called manager and would consider opinion .

So I get Domino's every single week now since I got pregnant for the second time I have been craving basically nothing but pepperoni ??So I ordered and I have many times prior to without any problems. I do live in a community that is heavily looked down upon. I am not a bad person I am just poor.I had my order not arrive at all & say it was delivered the first time they messed it up. I had to call to have the man at the store call my delivery driver to bring my pizza to me because they said I didn't put my room number. I sure did. It is saved as my home address on my account with them. when the delivery was messed up my food was cold by the time I got it. I had made no mistake. Then a second time they said it was delivered while I tracked and i had to call to find out it was in the lobby.I'm paying a delivery fee I should not need to leave my home to get my food. I had it happen again a couple of days ago. They also messed the order up it was incorrect. At that point I became irate.I also always tip. I know I'm so very poor so I only have so much to give but I give all that I can each n every time. I live literally not even 4 minutes from this location. So I will tip about 3$ usually and it may not be correct percentage for a 20$ order however but it's all I have to give. I cannot drive due to epilepsy hence why delivery is so important to me. This place discriminates against people from my community. They have been doing this on purpose because I have checked each and every time. Literally I could go on for hours about this however I think this will suffice.

Ordered $42 of food that NEVER came yet was told it was left @ the door that I was standing waiting @ wen the tedt they are pulling up came thru my phone EVEN THO the message on the app said to hand it to me!!!! They told me I’d have to wait another 45mins on top of the first 1hr wait or get refunded. Hopefully my refund don’t take to long.

The app needs work. I know that’s not the fault of the store but the corporation doesn’t make it easy to tell THEM that they need to step it up. The app kept crashing and force-closing as I tried to build my order. The team is great, they make my order promptly no matter time of day. The drivers are always polite, aware of the surroundings (if super late they’re quite to respect the neighbors), and quick. Food is always of good quality. You can tell they don’t pull the items early as much as other stores (but still please keep that in mind for heavy topped items lol). I will always prefer to order at the Washington avenue dominos before I order from Toppers down the street. Keep up the good work folks you do a great job.

When I get home there was no food anywhere, and got the "driving up" notification around 30-40 minutes ago, where was my food? I called the store and asked about my order, some man told me my food was "still being processed and hasn't come yet, it's still on the way." Waiting 35 more minutes and still nothing. Had to cancel my order because I'm not paying for nothing. Would never eat from this store again.

The website sucks, the automated response phone ordering is a joke and when you do get someone in person to take your order they are clueless! To make matters worse they said they couldn't deliver to my address because it's not in their system. I live 2.5 miles away from this place it takes me all of 5 minutes to get to them. And the one on Durand is even worse. I just wanted to order pizza for my 8 month pregnant wife who had a craving for domino's and now I've failed her and they have failed me. Thanks for nothing dominos!!

I will never come back!! We reserved space for 15 and we were placed in a room with no air or working lights. ? We asked to move so we could have air and lights and were told no. We could have split up at separate tables and were again told no. It was said per the owner...mind you no one called the owner. Well here is your review and I have you 1 because I had to give something for the review. 1 is too much. We drove 2 hours for this... bad business.
