I literally just walked in this specific location this morning. There were no other customers inside and four employees visible for them to see me. Not one acknowledged me. I just walked out because if my money is not welcomed then I will take it elsewhere.

This place is great for early morning coffee and breakfasts (at breakfast) and also of course the donuts! Their drinks are quite good, just be warned you might have to add more sugar (or whatever you wanted to add) and mix it better. Other than that the place is great! (The only reason I rate the atmosphere 3 stars is because when it gets crowded it loses the peaceful vibe.)Parking: There's quite a few parking spots but while it's busy you might have to park nearby. Otherwise you'll always find a parking spot at the building.

Went through drive through got some munchkins, ice cream, and a large iced coffee! They forgot my staw, had to run inside to get one!!!

I used DT. They had to remake my drink hot instead of cold, but were very kind about it. Vanilla latte tasted like a mix verses more fresh made. Everyone raves about Dunkin coffe, just not that impressed for the price.
One of the employee decided it was smart idea to talk about me right in front of me to another employee. I work 3rd shift so when I get off I’m not very talkative. Two different times they intentionally left the caramel out of ice coffee (the guy was staring at me as I tried it the second time since I was suspicious after the first.) when I came in later that day after trying my coffee again (I drink my coffee in the afternoon since I work 3rd shift) all the employees kept staring, laughing, and talking in a different language. Quite honestly, even if Dunkin’s is a franchise, they’re giving Dunkin’ Donuts a terrible name. I’ve found another one close to my job and so far, it’s been a better experience for sure. I was a regular for a long time at the old one but now I drive out of my route home after work to go to the better one. I’m just now looking at the other reviews and I'm not the only one it seems. Legitimately unacceptable.

This Dunkin location was efficient, kind, and considerate!I appreciate all the kind workers that are working on a holiday. My sister and I rolled up on Thanksgiving and were greeted with a smile, and a “Happy Thanksgiving.” It’s not fun to have to work on a holiday but the workers are making the most out of it. Thank you for all the hard work you do to keep this Dunkin running smoothly everyday!

Customer service is awful! Slow service & had seven people behind the counter working. After waiting in line inside for almost 10 minutes, I tried to place my order and she says “one second” and never came back. I left and will not go there again. I should’ve have left when other people behind me were walking out.* Don’t deserve any stars, but wouldn’t let me post without it.
