Worst $10 drink I have ever had. If you’re looking for blended ice, a shot of rum, and nothing else…this is it. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money.

Stopped by Freddie's Friki Tiki over the weekend for a drink with a friend to enjoy the beautiful weather and fantastic view of lake Michigan and we were not disappointed. The tiki bar while not huge has a nice vibe to it with tropical decor to give off that TIKI feeling which we both liked and the drink menu while not that extensive does have some delicious drinks that you would expect from a tiki bar such as Mai Tai, Pina Colada, Long Island iced tea, and Strawberry margarita, and a drink that I would highly recommend called the Miami Vice that is a combination of there Pina Colada and Strawberry margarita which I chose and was very pleased with plus the bartender did say that we could order a custom drink so I was glad to know that the options do not end at the menu. The fact that we were able to enjoy our drink outdoors so close to the lakefront was the biggest attraction but seeing as we were visiting on a Saturday I feel the time would have been enjoyed much better if they had a band with live music although they did have music playing I felt it could have been a little bit louder but overall we enjoyed our visit and know that we made the right choice and will definitely make sure to return multiple times over the summer.

Wait staff chose to Not wear facial masks during this pandemic. Inexcusable for this to be what was witnessed as we dined outside.

An alright restaurant -- I didn't exactly dislike the food here but it's really pricey for the quality given. There was no hints of superior ingredients or techniques used here that would've justified the higher price, although the flavors were okay. The execution of the dishes was mostly hit-or-miss as well. The white cheddar in the cheese curds was very forgettable (with so many possible choices, I'm not sure why they chose to use this). The fried chicken dinner was done well, with a nice crispy batter and tender marinated meat that wasn't too salty. The famous fish fry was okay -- the batter wasn't that tasty and the fish inside could've been more tender. The slaw was also a bit on the sweet side. The pasta of the three cheese mac was prepared well, but the cheese could've been more flavorful, and the lobster was barely noticable. The cuban panini was done well, on par with the ones you'd find in Chicago. Overall, not a bad place if you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat but a little pricey for what you're getting.

My wife said she had eaten here sometime ago and it was good, so we decided to go. Long story short we went two times in two weeks because we had time and a gift card. Both times were pretty bad the steak sandwich had a terrible sauce on it even after I ordered it on the side. No big deal usually but it tasted terrible. The wife's taco salad was bad also and had a funny taste. The second time I played it safe and got a bacon cheeseburger it was ok. But how can u mess that up. Maybe we just got in at bad times?

I had planned to go to dinner with some friends and wanted to check the times they serve dinner and I found all these BAD reviews. Well, I had already confirmed with two friends about coming here. I have to admit I was a little nervous after reading the review but didn't want to say anything. I'm glad I didn't . We all had a very nice time. We had the fish fry. and it was delicious. We had the sweet potato fries and I asked for Ranch dressing as a dipping sauce. No problem. I also had a bloody Mary.....THAT I had a little issue with. It had chili sauce in it which is why I didn't give 5 stars instead of the 4. Other than that, the waitress was very nice and checked on us at least three times to ask if we wanted more fish and if everything else was OK. Only one of us wanted more. Not that it wasn't delicious but we were too full. All in all, I'd recommend the Chancery in a minute. I don't understand why the need for a bad review.

I went here a few times for Football games. The place was never crowded and service was OK. Food was pretty decent. Yesterday, I wrote this place off. The Manager did me a "favor" by over charing me and refused to correct the bill. Will an empty restaurant, I can see how he needs money more than his reputation. There are lots of great places in Racine. This is not one of them and your better off avoiding it.

Good time. Great outdoor seating. Sometimes there's an interesting crowd here during happy hour.

We've been coming up to Racine for fishing and staying at the Radisson. The last year this place has gone down hill. Service is bad, breakfast was bad, burnt hashbrowns and wife actually threw up her eggs benedict in the parking lot. No she was not drinking last night. Friki Tiki is a bar we can do without. I couldn't find our waitress to pay the bill! We called room service and the internet menu no longer is up to date! Bad x3

We have been coming to the Chancery for years because the views are tremendous. We own a boat at the marina and continue to give their breakfast a go even though they have become sub-par. Not any more. We went this past Sunday and although there were plenty of staff milling about, getting a cup of coffee or even a refill was a challenge. There were 4 or us and 3 of the meals came out wrong. My daughters second meal (15 minutes later) was wrong and without toast. My hash browns were un-edible and some of the cups were filthy. They had no skim milk, the portions have shrunk considerably yet the prices have gone up. After the last dirty cup showed up my wife had had enough and found the manager. They admitted they were having a bad day and comp'd our meals But they need to find a take charge manager who can re-train the staff and cooks. Service has always been slow there but we used to look past that. As I said before, I think we are done with this place. There are others that I am sure would like the business.

An ok place to eat. We stayed at the hotel connected to the restaurant. Decent choice for a place to eat if you don't want to walk far. But I would've been disappointed if we would've went out of our way to eat there. Menu choices are limited. But the prices are decent. There is certainly a great view of the harbor! The service was fine, no complaints but not exceptional. Food was good but not great. The pita was pretty good but the jambalaya was very spicy and not described to be spicy.

Honestly, it takes a lot for me to post a bad review but this place (Friki Tiki) has consistently been disappointing and off its game this entire summer. The service here is horrible. Almost all the servers move like they're hungover or in slow motion. No one seems to value their customers or their jobs. 4 tables got their food before we got the appetizer we ordered. Empty drinks go ignored.... not unnoticed. When an error in service is pointed out, such as our appetizer, it should be free or at the least, a genuine acknowledgment of apology. This place has a lot to learn about customer service. I will not be back this summer. I hope they can get their act together because its in a great location.

We have eaten here many times, and had good experiences. However, they have changed their menu, and even items they kept are different now, and not as good. I ordered a tilapia, and it was fishy tasting. When I told the waitress she laughed, she thought I was telling her a joke! I asked her to tell the cook, because it's not good. Even though the portion was small, I didn't finish the fish. My husband had a new sandwich, and didn't like it alt all, as it had no flavor. My son ordered "Curly and Moes" which he gets often. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and there was not enough sauce.
