Gibby's BBQ at George's Encore - Wow I have a love of BBQ and live music now this? Great food and the menu is varied enough to keep me trying new stuff. It's all good. Portions are on the wow side. I have nothing but praise for the service and its great for take out too. Brisket, pulled pork and chicken are fantastic. Homemade soups too.
My husband and I ordered and picked up food was alright I had a loaded Mac chicken Tex mex and it was not what I expected the chicken taste like it was from a can . Jerk sauce was delicious though . My husband had loaded Mac with pork in his meal his pork tasted good, that's all. The Mac n cheese was not good either in the dish, not cheesy or flavorful .

Finally had lunch here on Sunday. It was excellent...from the brisket to the chicken, along with our sides of coleslaw & Mac n cheese. We'll be back next time we're visiting the market.

Truly great BBQ here!!!I've had a lot of really good ribs over the years but this place is something special. A rare find for a BBQ enthusiast!Friendly staff, comfortable location, and quite possibly the best ribs I've ever had! Falling of the bone tender, thick cut, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.Some very tasty sauce options, too.Extremely generous portions on everything!You could tell that a lot of attention went into getting everything just right.The side options that I tried were really good as well.I'd definitely suggest getting the apple coleslaw. It compliments the ribs perfectly. Can't recommend more highly.

I just had Gibby's for the first time today. Thought I'd give it a try and well DAMN was it absolutely amazing!! Got the pork belly burnt ends and almost cried while eating it was so good. Highly recommend trying them! There BBQ sauce is killer too! If could rate more I'd say ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
