Seems every single time I order ahead and I arrive even 5-10 minutes AFTER my pick up time there is always an excuse. "Waiting in chicken". It's dinner rush, how do you not have enough chicken.

Have gone there in a while because of past experiences, but we tried it again and everything was delicious. We ordered delivery and nothing was overdone It was very good. We will be ordering again.
We spent too much money for them to give us the wrong food asked for 3 thighs, they said we can give out all 3, but instead they gave me all 3 breasts. The Dr. Pepper taste like water and they had the nerve to park us and the food was disgusting they need to close down KFC on green bay

Place looks amazing since the major overly much needed remodel! Too bad the food is still somewhat sub par. Staff seemed a bit unorganized but very helpful. Still gotta check your bags before you leave!
After waiting for 25-30 minutes we were told our chicken was going to be another 15... If we were told up front they it was going to be 40-45 minutes for our meal we would have left. I asked for my money back and they didn't seem to care. No apology just indifference. Won't go back again. Don't waste your time, go anywhere else.

My wife stopped to get chicken wraps before 8 pm, she was told they only had chicken. Lazy employees that didn't want to bother with making anymore food for the night. Might as well be a Popeyes and tell people they are out of chicken. Will NEVER go to this location, and possibly any of their locations again.
The worst place ever!!!! The last 4 times we came, they told us they were out of chicken! Today I ordered online, waited the 20 minutes until it said my order was ready. Drove the 10 minutes to get it. They hadn't even started it. Said it will take 20 minutes to cook! I said it shows it's ready, she just shrugged her shoulders! They are yelling at each other, don't want to be here. This place is a joke!

I’m from out of town and I live in a large city. In my city fast food is not good because the oil is over used and not changed as needed so here I am in this neighborhood and I see a KFC. I had been craving KFC and was really excited to order some KFC chicken and take it home to the family.I pull up in the drive thru and a woman says “if you’re here for chicken it’s a 30 minute wait”. I’m from out of town and had places to be, waiting for chicken at KFC was not one of the places! I asked for 2 chicken sandwiches that were DELISH but still, how can you run out of chicken when chicken is what you sell?
Paid over $50 for CRAP! Legit made an account to express how crappy my experience was. I've been eating KFC since I can remember... This was my worst experience EVER. Wasn't busy, it wasn't late at night. It took 30 mins for them to get me a famous bowl and an 8pc meal with fixins. Immediately the gravy spilled all over the containers, bag, and my car cause the lid wasn't put on properly. Didn't care to wait any longer so I just went home. Opened the chicken, ALL of it soggy, gross, and falling apart. "Extra crispy" was extra soggy. Beans had a disgusting film across the top. Whatever left over gravy was left, was so burnt and gross. AND THE FAMOUS BOWL!!!! Ugh burnt gravy, hardly any corn or cheese, and ONLY 3 pieces of chicken!!! What?! I know inflation is rough but I know that the bowls are supposed to come with more than 3 chicken nuggets. Threw out the majority of it because it was no good. Refund is definitely needed.
