I was traveling from Illinois to Wisconsin and decided to take a detour for Kringle. In fact, I visited this bakery twice in one day, on my way down and again up. The girls managing the shop at both times were accommodating. They had run out of Almond kringle in the morning but got me frozen ones when I said it was not a problem as I was buying 4. On my way home, I reached the shop exactly at 3:02 p.m., and they were still open. After I had finished buying, they politely asked the remaining eat-in customers to leave as they were closing.Vegetarian options: Pastry shop with cakes and stuffParking: A lot of parking right in front of the strip mall.

Noon on a Saturday. They have a sign saying “open” but the store is pitch black? No lights on to see the product. Cashier recited Kringle flavors - not sure what was fresh and what had been sitting around. The absolute strangest experience I’ve had in a store.

I ordered a tirimisu cake for a 25 year olds birthday. I was assured they made them. This is what was sent. It was not tirimisu. It was a hard cookie base with I dont know topping and filling. It looked like a 2 year old made it. The cookies were so hard no one could bite into it. Now no one answers the phone to address the problem. They have my money. I don't have a cake. This is not a professional place to do business. I would give -10 stars if possible.

Got our credit card charged immediately, but took 2 1/2 weeks for the Kringles to arrive. Changed Merry Christmas to Happy New Year and didn't get our name correct on the notes. The Kringles are heavy and tasteless. Will not be ordering from them again.

If I Could Give 0 Starts I Would. THIS PLACE IS DISCUSSING! Workers Are Sweaty Especially The Chubby Short Guy With Blonde Hair In The Back Making Dough. The Place Is Very Stinky & They Never Have A Variety Of Selectional Doughnuts. All Are Same Regular Few Flavors, NOTHING NEW. Not To Mention The Customer Service. Idk If I Should Be Mad At The Owner Or Worker! Will Not Be Here Again And Will Make Sure My Friends And Family Doesn't Get Poisoned In The Process Of Shopping Here! Such A DISSAPPOINTMENT!

I placed an order on Dec 4 that was never received. After multiple emails with no reply and multiple phone calls saying it was going to be corrected and shipped I am still without my order. I highly recommend finding another place to purchase from which is sad as I grew up in the area and enjoyed sharing Larsen's products with numerous people.
