This is the worst little cesars ive ever encountered. There service is slow. Inaccurate. Never at the promised pick up time. Order is never accurate.

Every couple months I'll try to get food from here and it's always a disaster.Very RUDE and unprofessional.If your woke this store is for you.This is what happens when you don't expect much from your employees or are afraid of developing a hard working crew.

My biggest issue is they will have two people on the door and the phone ringing off the hook . Noone will attempt to answer the phone they just watch/listen to it ring. It's really annoying they need new management in the asap stop hiring people that don't care about their jobs or other!!!

If I could give 0 I would Very unprofessional when you walk in. Nobody speaks nobody is ever at the register. The person is taking a pizza out and put a pizza in the box. That person never speaks or acknowledged that someone is at the register. And for some reason he keep taking out all the pizza and just leaving it on the counter. So now I really don't trust coming to Little Caesars here on Durand. The phone is always ringing. The person that is making the pizzas. You can hear them always talking. But nobody answers the phones. They need to wear gloves just nasty.

This Durand Ave location specifically is trash. The employees are rude and confrontational. It takes way to much energy to order/pick up from here. I usually try avoiding this place by all means. Even after allowing sometime to pass by but it's the same disappointment EVERY TIME between the food and service. NOT ANYMORE!

This branch is OK but for some reason the LC app seems to send a disproportionate amount of traffic here; the result AFAICT is that the Douglas location never seems busy at all and the Durand location sometimes gets more orders than they can handle (and as other reviews point out, sometimes it really shows). Still, I think a lot of the super low ratings here are unfair; many of the factors working against this location are not their fault and most of the time I get good food reasonably quickly. If you do tend to have difficulty with the Durand location during peak hours, you can order from the Douglas location using GrubHub now.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Each time I went lobby is packed with people saying they've been there over an hour....so each time not ever got food. They work on one order at a time it seems and during busy dinner time. Terrible. Don't waste your time!

All of the crazy bread was raw, the stuffed crazy bread what even worse. It’s been this poor quality for the last three visits. The pizza is always super inconsistent. This chain has a special place in my heart and this location doesn’t even try to live up to it.

Felt sorry for the few staff they had - they were swamped and it showed. my Online order of one basic hot and ready cheese and sausage pizza was an hour late. in my experience there's never any "hot and reedy" that you can just walk in and grab like they used to have. Food is OK - you're not going to Well's Brothers. Atmosphere is great if you like hanging around with angry people waiting for orders that were supposed to be done over an hour ago. probably won't go back until they address their staffing shortage.

Ordered and PAID online around 6:10 PM for 6:30 pickup, was running a little behind schedule got here at 6:45 and was told it will be another 15-20 minutes til my food was ready.... hot and ready? Lobby was empty, what was the hold up? 3 employees standing around doing nothing and it still took 45+ minutes to get 1 single pizza. Smh! What is the point of online ordering when they dont start making it til you get here?
