Made a mobile order at 10:45 got there at 10:51 they refused to make tye order. Here’s there phone number for management if anyone need’s it for future complaints or compliments.

Customer service not good, if they see you are having troubles with the kiosk they don't care, you go to have them take your order they will see you there and just make you wait, usually when I get my order it's wrong in restaurant or drive thru, tables are usually not wiped down, I have to ask them to wipe it before we sit, restrooms dirty,
Go in the resturaznt this morning, The manager comes up to the register take the customers order in front of me ( mind you there’s only 2 of us standing in line ) walks away doesn’t even acknowledge me for litterally 20 minutes, walks back over and instead of just taking my order goes “ use the kiosk or you’ll be waiting awhile “ as is the 20 minutes that I already waited wasn’t long enough, all she had to do is say that 20 mins prior and I would have.Moral of the story is if you have all day to wait, or enjoy poor customer service, or enjoy being treated like you’re just a headache walking through the door this is the place to go.AWESOME WAY TO GO ON YOUR MANAGEMENT SELECTION FOR THIS STORE, THE WAY SHES GOING YOU’LL HAVE A LOT MORE OF THESE REVIEWS

Ordered off door dash. Didn't receive my 20 piece nugget only got 10 and was missing my happy meal and the drink for it. This McDonald's you have to physically go there or they will destroy you're order. Ordered last month and only got 3 items out of 10. Never will be ordering from this McDonald's again. Such a shame place should be shut down.

Got sick from this location, upper respiratory infection, Purchased and consumed two steak and egg breakfast sandwiches on Jan. 31, 2024 got sick shortly after eating the sandwiches, I ate at this location a few times prior with no issue, this time No. First was a sore throat , then green yellowish boogers , and same with the plegm spit, coughing, throwing up, a lot of spitting up boogers through the night. Today's date is now February 5th 2024 I still have it. It would be really difficult to prove they caused it with out the sandwiches to get tested in the lab for Ecoli and whatever else, I can get the purchase receipt through my bank statement. Keep that in mind, take a couple bites of a sandwich first before consuming in one sitting, if you start getting a sore throat, save the Sandwiches to get tested. To one of the person that worked Wednesday morning and made those two steak and egg sandwiches, karma is going to catch up to you swiftly.

This has to be the CLEANEST McDonald's I have ever been to AND they have a playplace for the kids!Kid-friendliness: Has the cleanest Playplace I have ever been to.
At least half of the time they can't figure out how to dispense the soda we order. It's always diet Coke but they give us regular coke or regular Dr. Pepper. I don't know why it's so difficult for these well-paid workers to do this simple task. Most of the stuff and there is automated.

Of all the McDonald's here, this is the worst of the worst, especially in the afternoon, the Manager, who is a very rude person, does not serve you, ignores you and is on the phone all the time and is not aware of his employees. He starts talking and playing with the employees, most of whom are teenagers, so it's definitely a terrible place ???

It was raining, I had the day off, and I had a craving for a McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish with extra tartar sauce… and of course a small Diet Coke. Filet-O-Fish are my favorite! I get extra tartar sauce because occasionally there isn’t enough. Well… I got exactly what I ordered. It was perfect! The tartar sauce was oozing out the sides. And the bun was soft and steamed. Mmmm!!! It was delicious! The drive-thru was fast. The people at the window were super friendly and polite. Overall it was a perfect McDonald’s experience!
