We asked & were charged for extra caramel on my two frappes, the second windows girl did the regular amount then we asked for extra again and said that’s what we ordered, and she proceeded to hold them out the window stating this is extra. The 60 cents isn’t that big of the deal, but it’s the principle if I’m gonna ask and pay for it I should receive it not act like the caramel is being taken out of paychecks. Our visit occurred at 610 Pm on April 15.

Dude in the drive thru at 8:45am today who hangs out the drinks always has a bad attitude making people go around the drive thru on their mistake they messed up and order second time this happens
