Pizza crust is like cardboard. Placed order online and 5 minutes later it said it was out for delivery which didn’t arrive for another 45 minutes cold and soaked in greasy boxes and packages. Spend $80 to feed the crew for food not edible.tried calling the store and was put in hold and nobody ever came back to talk, hung up 20 minutes later.Kid-friendliness: Kids are the only ones who would eat this pizza

This Pizza Hut is always very consistent. We order for pickup/delivery or dine in at least once a month. I would like an easier way to earn Rewards points when we dine in, but that's up to corporate to work on. This location always serves up great pizza, wings, and sides.

Caroline is the order taker on the phone and at the store. When she answers the phone,I know my order will be made promptly and correctly. He has a sweet disposition and is always pleasant both on the phone and during pickups . Good workers are hard to find these days and I hope the management appreciates her efforts.

They took my credit card info, I paid for the pizza and never received my order. My family and I will never order from here again. The Pizza Hut on Washington ave. Racine, Wi. The workers put me on hold 15 minutes, hung up on me 3x and told me the line was breaking up, just to hang up again. What kind of workers are running this place. I am calling the better business bureau. And hopefully will be tefunded my money.

I have attempted 3 different occasions to order food online. I ALWAYS get the "Something went wrong" notification. Please fix you app so I can order. I refuse to go in and have to wait again.
Ordered online, it was my birthday and was excited to get my free cinnamon sticks. They did not give me my sticks, when I called I was placed on hold for over 20 mins and no one answered the phone. Very dissapointed as today was the last day to use my coupon.
