Every time I'm thinking about giving a glowing review for a restaurant, something inconceivable happens. I've been to Toppers several times and have had a decent experience. The pizza was done quickly, and it tasted alright.HOWEVER, on this particular night, the order was messed up (I paid extra for certain toppings and they were MISSING), and the person who gave it to me had just been on his hands and knees, with no gloves on, scrubbing underneath a machine. I would typically give a thumbs up on people being so thorough with cleaning, but not when they touch my food container with hands that have literally just been in dirty water on the floor!!! No sanitizer. Nothing. ? That is a HUGE health code violation. I didn't even end up eating my food because I was so disgusted by what I saw. Money wasted.The place would be okay if everyone paid attention to hygiene and typical restaurant standard cleanliness. It just makes me wonder how many times I, or other people, have eaten here with tainted food.Skip this place! :(

Great service & great atmosphere!! Walk in to pick up a to go order and Giovanni and Chris were hard at work cleaning on their down time! A work ethic like that, you just don't see very often! Way to go, Your boss better be proud! I will definitely be back.?

Boneless wings were mostly doughy breading drenched and soggy with so much sauce. Served cold. $16 for a 9” cheese pizza seemed and little steep but the quality was pretty spot on. Delicious sauce, high quality cheese, and perfectly baked.How could they ruin the chicken so spectacularly and serve such good pizza?

Toppers is my favorite pizza place, ever. After reading reviews, I acknowledge that the consistency in quality is an issue at this branch and they should do something to fix it. However, on the best days I enjoy eating here. Highly recommend the Wisconsin Curds & Bacon Pizza!

We ordered a thin crust, but I wasn’t expected paper thin. Also the pizza was cold snd burnt when it came to us.
Fantastic service, delicious pizzas. Extremely good waiting times and the staff always have a smile on their face, like they want to be there. And the wanting to work shows in the pizza, best Mac and cheese pizza I’ve ever had. DEFINITELY coming back.

I order from the Racine Topper's often for my student staff. Everytime I order, the service is amazing. Usually, Jovany is there and he's consistently courteous and kind. He offers me plates and napkins so I don't have to worry about three hassle of finding flatware for my staff. This act alone saves me so much time and energy! This place is top notch. Every experience has been a wonderful encounter. Thank you, Jovany!Dietary restrictions: I had a member in my staff who was lactose intolerant. She was able to enjoy other cheese options, and it tasted amazing! I tried it myself!

I've ordered toppers before and didn't really have an issue. Last night we order late, and it came quickly. And while I appreciate the speed in which it came... this was the worst pizza I've ever had delivered. It looked like it had been thrown together... the crispy crust was barely cooked and sagged.. it was really sad. To be fair, the toppers sticks actually were cooked fine, came with correct toppings, but they were all thrown around in the box when we opened it. I have a couple stars for speed of service and the taste of the sticks, but don't think I will ever want to order pizza here again.
