I called ahead of time to say I needed to pay with a $100 bill. Which I’ve done before and never had a problem if you let them know. The guy told me to take a trip to the bank before I can order from them. Rude as hell. I went from ordering a couple times a week to never again.

I love this place for their hours and their late night staff who save the late nights for people like me who work thru dinner and the normal close of restaurant hours. They are always so nice and friendly, even at midnight or later.PSA FOR DELIVERY: If you get delivery..tip your driver. I was there to pick up my food and the poor driver came in so defeated as he drove like 20 minutes both ways to deliver and they didn't tip him.That's rude as hell.
I was having problems with ordering online so I had to call and cancel an order that was made after the website said my card got declined. I called and the order got canceled. About an hour later I ended up ordering again off of the website and it worked. It said it was baking for a good 20 minutes after the estimated time of arrival for delivery. So I called toppers on Douglas avenue and asked nicely about what happened with my order. The lady on the phone preceded to say “ we don’t have an order under that name”. In an irritated tone. I said okay thank you. Not asking anything else and hung up. Then my friend called and was going to order over the phone and the same lady answered the phone was very rude with her. She yelled “ TOPPERS PIZZA ON DOUGLAS, HOW CAN I HELP YOU!” In a very rude tone. I just felt very upset about this because personally I work in the food industry, and I get how stressful it gets but not once have I ever had an experience like this. :(

Ordered online. Went to pick it up and waited 10min to pay because nobody knew how to use the register. Really all those people working and not one knows how to swipe a credit card?What happened to the stix? A triple order is supposed to be the size of a large pizza, what i got wasnt even close. They were baby sized stix. Really disappointing.
