My husband and I went to Vero last night to celebrate our anniversary, and it's the first time we've gone back since they reopened. I love the changes they've made with a focus on small, shareable plates which is one of my favorite ways to dine. The food was outstanding, and the staff were all pleasant and efficient. I'm excited to have Vero back and even better than it was before.

My fiancé and I LOVE this restaurant. If you are looking for unique flavors on international food, PLEASE go here. The service is amazing. The be servers are extremely attentive and take great care of their customers. My fiancé and I came here for Valentine’s Day and had an extra plate of treats included in our meal. This restaurant never ceases to amaze me with the flavors and the exquisite service!!!! If you want a high end place to dine in Racine at a reasonable price, GO TO VEROS!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Definitely not what I was expecting, in the best way possible. 95% of what we ordered (about 80% not shown) was delicious, truly. From plating to taste, damn near everything was delightful and above all, PROMPT! My word, everything came out at the EXACT time it needed to, to which I was not aware of how exact until it happened.Drinks were delightful and the bartender (younger guy) was incredibly funny and a master of his craft.Now the only reason this doesn't get a perfect score is because one dish was just ok, but out of 10 different dishes I'd say that's more of a me problem. That said don't sleep on this place, great date night spot.Parking: Depending on what day and what time you go here, you may have to go on a little bit of a walk.

Wow! What a great re-opening of this fantastic fusion-type eatery. Enjoyed so many different dishes off the new menu. Delicious and variety of flavors. Highly recommended and open on Mondays in downtown Racine. Do yourself a favor and check it out with friends and family.
I think this restaurant is worth a visit. The dining room is cozy and inviting. Waitstaff was young and inexperienced, but friendly and accommodating. Both the pumpkin soup and beef brisket were special and delicious. The lamb chops were also very good and served a perfect medium rare. The scallops were disappointing. The overall dish just isn't quite right with the andouille rice, and the scallops were over salted. They were perfectly seared though. Overall, the kitchen staff executed the menu very well. I will probably go back to try some of the other items.

I celebrated my Birthday here on Monday. Thank goodness Vero was an option as most places are closed on Monday. This was my 1st Visit of many more! I Love the way the menu is set up with small appetizer sized shareable dishes so you can order many and share! This wasn't the highlight.... the delectable food bursting with a unique and extremely wonderful medley of flavors in every single bite! We started with the "Bourbon Candied Brisket" , "Exotic Fried Empanadas" and the "Island Shrimp" then added the "Saffron Shroom Toast" and "Cucumber Sliders" I can't explain the flavor explosions involved with every bite! Only regret is that I didn't take photos of the beautiful presentation and deliciousness we experienced so I could share with others. I am very impressed at the quality and uniqueness of the items on this menu. For the (3) of us, the bill came to around $80 and that included a beer and High Ball. The service was great and the server was very knowledgeable of the menu items and drink specialties as well. The Hostess was especially inviting when we walked in the door. This is definitely a new treasure here in Racine to enjoy! Highly Recommend if you like high quality, unique dishes from around the world you can not get anywhere else around!

My fiance took me to check out the "new" Vero for a cocktail. It was a pleasant treat. Sandy was very welcoming with a boost of energy! Her ambition to make healthier drink choices was very intriging. She even changed the bar lights to our favorite colors. We loved the Cuban manhattan & the berry drop! We'll be back to try their food next time we're in town!Parking: Do not park in the parking ramps if you plan on being there when the sun goes down.
